Its spring and the birds are hopping about and things are allll sliding into place beautifully. I’ll be moving shortly into a goat shed of a calm wise man and his young lively and loving pup learning how to be a more independent and in peace. Jacob and I will have ducks as neighbors and share an outdoor kitchen. My efforts and gentleness with my growth pays off. Soon enough it’ll be time to stop doubting myself. (I’m even getting good at my job).
My basics are making food for myself, yoga and having time to myself. I will bring these back into my life and will feel more clarity from it. I will take initiative with the growth and change in the life.
I'm people-pooped. I treasure people but I'm ready to be my own best friend again.
Growth growth growth growth growth, I've been stuck in emotional survival mode. I'm ready for thriving. Let me understand myself better and grow more connected with myself once again, and with the new me I am.
The snow is beautiful, the things I see when I look around me when I'm home all feel like love. Jacob is on everything.
Bring me to Hawaii. Bring me in touch with myself. Ocean is good, and I can be there, here and everywhere. Let me laugh with more people. Let me laugh and feel joy with everyone. Joy is the best, let me be joy. Joy comes from being in touch with yourself.

Hey Jon, I miss your hearts existence deeply.
I am feeling more and more at home with my body.
I'm an innately passive, internal and very sensitive person. I feel the weight of social expectations and do not like making statements (through my actions or verbally) that would make people feel uncomfortable. I like people feeling comfortable, understood and safe. Pushing the boundaries of social expectations often makes people feel uncomfortable. So I've always presented myself fairly neutral/ safe. But its been 10 years of shaving at least a third of my body regularly and trying to have nice, long, attractive hair... and its been a pain in the ass. I've been putting this off for a while in avoidance of "making a statement".
This feels better.
I am a human being. I am sensitive. I don't want to be hard. Or tough. Or cold. If I want to cry, I will cry. If I want to smile, I will smile. Embracing emotions and choosing vulnerability is my way of committing to a healthy spiritual, mental, as well as emotional diet. I keep those systems detoxified by staying connected to my experiences and myself, and allowing them to flow through me. If I'm sad, be sad. If I'm disappointed, be disappointed. But refusing to personally acknowledge what I'm feeling has an energetic effect. All emotions carry energy, and unacknowledged energy outlines your body and follows you wherever you go until it's acknowledged.
We can never judge the lives of others, because each person knows only their own pain and renunciation.
