give that knife/sword fight survivor nerve damage. give the character who was shot in the gut a stoma. give that fire survivor lung damage and an oxygen cannula. give that leg injury survivor a cane. give that starvation survivor gastroparesis. give that spinal injury survivor a manual chair or powerchair.

while we’re at it, give your characters congenital disabilities too, just because. give them intellectual and development disabilities. give them acquired and postviral illnesses. dare to make somebody bedbound. for me.

so fucked up by the news today idk like the new ehrc guidance is horrific and like seeing that next to that article i just posted just really like. the countries priorities are so fucked currently theres a massive misogyny problem especially in teenage boys but across all men too and instead of actually protecting women and girls the government have picked to scapegoat some of the most vulnerable women of all and are trying to drive trans people basically out of existing in public at all or force them into spaces massively unsafe for them while cis men and boys can commit violent crimes against young teenage girls, film themselves committing them, literally post the videos publicly online and walk free for it with next to no consequences how is this a just society at all i hope every politician sees the same news i saw today and kills themselves
