I once said something along the lines of "why does everyone assume that every gnc cis man is an egg" and was harassed for it and sarcastically told that obviously the treatment of cis men should be our biggest concern and that I didn't know anything about egg culture (I do). this then creates a stereotype that nonbinary people are "non transitioning"

then causing nonbinary people to be/feel pressured to identify as binary trans to access medical transition

Also. Even when you do explicitly identify as nonbinary to your care team, the templates and documentation are only meant for binary trans people and so misgender you regardless. Furthering the idea that only binary trans people medically transition.

Also in some places "pressured to" is "you straight up have to identify as binary trans because the system will not let you access hormones or surgery if you are nonbinary."
