I dont know what to post anymore 😭😭😭😭 it's all just gonna be the same three thoughts I have about starving and wanting to lose weight :c

I want to buy a scale but my parents monitor all my purchases and I dont have a valid excuse for wanting a scale and now I'm sad :(

Plan for July :

900 calorie limit (exception for july 4th)

20:4 fast every day

2L of water daily

Diet should consist mostly of fruit and vegetables

Work out for at least 30 minutes each day

(I dont have a scale so idk how much weight I can lose)

All my skinny jeans fit loose / especially around my thighs

My shirts will all fit oversized

If I eat under 900 calories and exercise daily I can get to my ugw before school starts 😳😳😳

Really fuckin hope i get my period soon so that I can shift the blame of these emotions to something other than my childhood neglect 😋👍
