There wasn't a fear within the midfielder that they'd have a scare like that again. A lesson learned, something the two only needed once if it ever came down to it. He forgave her the day the truth was revealed and hadn't held it over her since. Instead, he focused on them and the fact they'd have a baby. Helping her prepare, preparing himself, doing anything and everything he could to be ready with her. On top of that, however, he had made sure he wouldn't forget her birthday. Things already planned after training, because that could never be missed. No matter what, she was the woman he loved and he'd never skip a day in showing that. Her birthday was just an excuse to add to his ability to show her that very fact. And it was in their small moments he found himself at his happiest. Able to just be with her, their home, all of it was something that made him feel loved and that he belonged here with her. "Of course I do." He says with a matching chuckle before the two parted to prepare for their plans. Though as always he had to wait for her, not that he minded. It was the last one with just the two of them, added joy to come with their baby being involved as much as they could. For now, however, he was going to remain focused on her. And that was easy enough to do as he watched her come back towards him. "Yeah, of course, why wouldn't I help you?" He says lightly, smile still pulling wide at his lips as he helps her move into her coat. "Good, then we'll get doing." He pulls her into another kiss, this one quicker, before leading her out the door and to the car. A drive towards the garden, something easy and to get some fresh air before the two went to the restaurant for their dinner reservation. Getting out of the car, he came around and opened her door to take her hand and help her out. The weather no doubt helping keeping them close with the cool breeze. "Autumn colors and a breeze, a perfect day for a walk. Don't you think?" He asked, beginning their stroll through the garden.
