No. Silicone will not stick to rubber cases.

Was going to send you a question but noticed I couldnt. You asked if you could make a silicone case without an actual case. You could always put clear contact paper over the area and apply the silicone to the contact paper then just peel it off off when you no longer want the decoden on the phone. ayatalansari
