Alright, let's get to the point!

"What's your name?" Merpy! None shall know my legal name unless it's necessary or you’re a friend that’s around my age!

"How old are you?" I'm an adult, but my current age is in my profile description!

"What's your orientation?" Uhhh...I'm still not sure on that exactly, but just know that I'm not straight!

"What are your interests/hobbies?" OH, this is in no order of brain space occupancy!

Games: the main Nintendo franchises (Mario and Kirby are big ones, but Pokemon, LOZ and Animal Crossing are examples of ones that float around too), Danganronpa (unfortunately, but it holds a place in my heart), RPG maker games (The Gray Garden is still goated to this day), Ace Attorney (I need to look more at it)

Music: VOCALOID (and other related synths, Gumi is my beloved), 3DG, Breaking Benjamin, Skyper, Lo-fi in general

Shows/Movies: the Total Drama series, TADC, Steven Universe, MLP, cooking and other food shows (Kitchen Nightmares and other Gordon Ramsey shows are prominent ones), Stranger Things, House MD (and ig dramas similar to it) someone pls recommend me some good adult/mature shows that aren’t animated as someone who’s trying to expand their creative knowledge

Books: …um, I barely have interest in reading so I only know of the things I read in middle school or something (Hunger Games, Bones, and Warrior Cats, but also that one James Patterson series Hush Hush)

Other: RPing (mainly done in Discord now, but I got my start WAY back when Flipnote Hatena was still a thing IYKYK), going down morbid info rabbit holes, strength training/weight lifting (got serious about it a year or so ago), experimenting with my art (more with painting/rending methods), baking, Wayne Thiebaud (probably more Pop Art, Cubism and Expressionism)

Can't think of anything else right now and my brain is finicky on what interests stay and go, so might not change that much!

“Anything else we should know before this ends?” I will probably edit my posts a lot since I’m a perfectionist and I tend to overthink on how I’m perceived, tone tags are not mandatory but super appreciated if used towards me! I’m likely to be cussing and interacting with more heavy and/or mature content/topics. Might add more if they come up!

PMTOK!Brigade AU update

So, I have a design for the uniforms! I wanted to make it different and not just slap the canon Toad Brigade uniform on them (as easy as that would be). So uh, here it is!

Here are a few extra explanations, with AU details as a treat!:

The swaps of the brigade are as follows: Captain Toad > Captain T. Ode ofc, Sleepy Toad > Professor Toad, Hint Toad > Sea Captain Toad, Bank Toad > Origami Craftsman, Mail Toad > DJ Toad, and Toadette > Sencho Kinopio (Sencho will be more pink than purple in my design of him, fyi)

I’ll have character profiles, personality and dynamic notes in a seperate post since I made quite a few changes (what’s an AU without some changes, amirite?)

Also planning on pulling characters from other games into this for funsies, but some are minor appearances (the major ones are from other Paper Mario Games so yea)

More character stuff later, I’ll stop on it now

Base uniforms are planned to match the colors of the spots on their mushroom caps, but the vests are unchanging

Yes, I based it off actual astronaut uniforms, but I also want space pirate vibes bc why not (T. Ode would give more of that since I’m keeping his cloak)

Boots are optional to the uniform, but there for extra protection

Other custom clothing modifications or items added onto the uniform will be based on the character, so it may be minimal or a lot going off that

It’ll be all comics (maaaaybe animations if I do it enough) with their adventures of different planets/galaxies/etc! Maybe a sprinkling of slice-of-life type junk

I’d also use the proportions on the right, the game accurate one is half fun, half those who might’ve been curious on how it’d look idk

Debating on whether I should have an actual overarching plot on top of having episodic comics with the different missions or just have little continuity details in the background with these episodic comics (leaning towards the former since I already have ideas, but I wanna see what other people think. I also realized there’s the option to add in the overarching plot later down the line. So ig the debate would be whether to just have it from the start or add it later somewhere down the line)

More plot stuff will be on a separate post as well bc this’ll get rlly long

Idk if I nailed everything else down, but I’ll reblog with addition stuff if something comes up enough times

I redrew some yumarumaruyuma-style chibis I did using the Blowback cast with my first attempt being from a couple years ago or so bc they’re like brain worms

I did this small thing a while ago as a result of my misunderstanding of an art challenge

(more so the 31st of January)

But I don’t think I’ll touch anymore Cookie Run characters that much unless I’m doing CR designs with other fandoms or I get a request to do something
