The exact difference between a pressure cooker and a slow cooker is that; they both look similar but have different cooking methods. As shown from the name, a pressure cooker cook food, roasting and steaming on a high flame quickly, like dried beans. But on the other hand, Slow cookers use a lower temperature and longer times to cook meals, like stews. Both cookers, pressure, and slow have their benefits, and they both are perfect fit according to customers preference. Some appliances of Pressure cooker are also in the slow cookers.
