After the shitshow of S8 there's been a great wave of wonderful fix-it fics which I have loved, but recently I have also found myself reading a lot more AUs - sometimes it's nice to just wrap yourself in a happy bubble and forget about canon for a while.
With that in mind I thought I'd compile some of my favourites and share for anyone else hunting for some good post-finale solace.

Probably my all-time favourite Jonerys fic - beautiful Jon/Dany characterisation and romantic build-up set against a gorgeously written backdrop. The author clearly put a lot of love into the world-building and it really shines through.

Technically two one-shots but they're connected so it's going in this section. Pre-historic and pre-civilisation Jon and Dany - one of those AUs that I had no idea I how much I needed until I got it.
