Sawamura Rei (Happy of the End) and Tanaka Koki (Sugar Dog Life) are back to BL-land (or close to it at least) in "I Am Your Tutor, Kishi Knight!" based on the manga by Hiromasa Okujima (Baban Baban Ban Vampire).
This is a new, sparkling, BL-flavored comedy in which the super tutor Kishi Knight (Sawamura), who is 1000% prince-like in every way, teaches the hardcore delinquent Takasugi Toru (Tanaka). Toru's mother, unable to bear seeing him constantly fighting and always getting the lowest marks in academic tests, calls in a tutor.
Kishi, a super tutor with a handsome appearance and graceful manners, gently and sweetly teaches the hardcore delinquent and while Toru is bewildered by Kishi's extraordinary charm, he gradually becomes swept up in Kishi's quirky pace, dramatically changing his life.
Directed by Naho Kamimura from Our Dining Table. It's a BS Asahi production meaning a streaming production, although it has already been shopped by many channels (international release is very likely).

What is my JDrama challenge?
I love JDramas! But I'm also lazy and easily distracted, I'll get all psyched during drama announcements but then forget they exist and don't even start them or if I do start them I peter out and stop halfway through. Also I have a hard time committing to spending time watching dramas and use the time I have on my computer doing other things. How can I call myself a JDrama fan if I only finish a couple of dramas a year?
So I've decided to shape up and actually put an effort in to watching dramas. It's not about finishing the most dramas but about actually just trying dramas and finding and finishing ones I enjoy.
Rules (hm is that the right word? haha)
Clear out my watching list, if I haven't watched an episode in months I am NOT currently watching it.
Find a list of dramas coming out/being subbed. Read through it and pick out ones I'm interested in even a little bit.
Post about the ones I'm picking and why.
Watch the first episodes as soon as I'm able to.
Post short reviews of every show. Decide if I want to continue with each show.
Do this for every episode I watch as they air.
I tend to lose interest in things even if I don't mean intend on it, so in the end I will probably drop most shows even of I liked them at fist. Last time I did this was in Summer and I was able to finish three shows that season completely.
My reason for wanting to use tumblr this time is I think it will make posting the episode reviews easier and I'll also be able to keep track of the shows I keep with and the ones I drop easier here. I also want to do a ranking of the shows I'm watching here.

Thinking of old school NMB lately for some reason. This girl was never my fave but I decided to google her and found this. Also found that she's still active in the industry!
Here is another trip down nostalgia lane, loved this drama cause its so twisted and bleak which is what many 90′s Japanese dramas were, this along with Dousoukai.
