One of the many reasons I loved the dream SMP was 1) because it was comprised mainly of pvpers and speedrunners, with hardly any building or redstone specialists, and 2) entering the End was forbidden and the End never factored into the SMP at any point. It led to a lack of resources and infrastructure that gave the server a medieval feeling to it. Players who accumulated a lot of resources usually did so through solo grinding. No one could make communal resource farms because they'd all be at risk of becoming pieces in the geopolitical war games, and/or being destroyed (I think the only piece of communal infrastructure that survived unscathed was the underground spider farm near the Eggpire). People didn't have elytra, and roads were constantly being destroyed, so the primary method of rapid transportation was Riptide tridents, which as far as I'm aware is pretty unique to the Dream SMP and showcases the really awesome and interesting alternatives that can develop in a no-End lategame. God the dog-eat-dog worlds that a bunch of bored men create are hell to live in and absolutely marvellous to tell stories in. The SMPs with End access and reliable resource reserves and infrastructure just can't compare.

i think a motive that really pushed the dsmp narrative nobody rly talks about is nostalgia. the feeling that the only option is to go back instead of move forward with the changes presented

cdream wanted to get rid of tommy bcs he thought that would bring the old dsmp back. cwil drives himself crazy trying to take lmanburg back and kills himself when he feels that nothing will ever be the same. cschlatt took over in hopes to make manberg look more “ordered” and cleaner, a high expectation he takes from smplive. it’s crazy thinking about other factors within this too bcs like. tommy and tubbo, the youngest kids on the server, were usually at the front and center of conflict. they represent the future and the change that the adults had been at some point. LIKE WHATEVER

I have no idea what happened to TommyInnit's yolks and why he's getting surgery, bc I don't have twitch & have no time to comb through YouTube videos. So I tried to Google it.

I typed in "Why did TommyInnit go to hospital" first. I only got the clip from Tommy's funny tiktoks YLYL video(with HeyImRue and Ash) where he talked about how he tried to balance a golf club in his mouth and it stabbed his throat and he had to get surgery.

I then tried "What happened to TommyInnit's testicles". All the info I managed to get was that Logan Paul lost like 15% of his testicles after a stunt gone wrong. That is not something I wanted or needed to know.

After this, I got desperate and finally, FINALLY, typed "What happened to TommyInnit's balls".

Nothing.

I swallowed my dignity and respectability, for the simple desire of knowing the truth, and my reward was nothing.

Will someone please enlighten me. Will someone shed some light on the truth for this desperate tumblrina. Will someone save me from this purgatory of ignorance.
