One doesn't realize how they look to others until they see a photo of themself. Looking in the mirror one only sees what they want to see. It doesn't give the complete picture. When one sees a pic posted for all the world to see, well, then one sees how they really look. Kinda like the Gweneth Paltrow movie where Jack Black saw her one way and the world saw her another way. Reality doesn't set in until its forced to be seen. Then it's a shocker.
