“do you want to be right, or do you want to get better?” -dan buglio 🩵
The biggest lesson is to learn to trust that you will receive good, in a world that teached you otherwise. You will expect bad things but you have to recondition yourself into trusting that you are worthy of good things & everything you wish for. It's about getting to the deep rooted beliefs of unworthiness & mistrust against the universe, others & yourself.
