     Cyrus could agree with that, from what he had seen. There was wonder, but it was also a bit more frightening than beautiful. “Both positive things.” Cyrus agreed with a chuckle. “So, is your human form the one you’re always in here?” He had gotten to know Joss as the Hare back in Wonderland, so naturally he was curious about it.

Joss had a certain fondness for Cyrus. Of course it was hard not to be fond of Cyrus if you were fond of Alice, and were aware of her affections for him. "Unfortunately." The hare frowned. He had been trapped in his human body for over twenty years, and although it had only recently been revealed that he wasn't entirely human, he missed his real self deeply. "In Wonderland my transformations were controlled by a ring around my ear. I'm yet to locate the slippery devil in this world."

If memory served (and it occasionally didn't), the Hare had been with the Hatter when the curse hit, sending them both to Storybrooke while parts of Wonderland remained untouched. "Personally I find this world lacks the charm of Wonderland, but there is something desirable about the lack of hare-eating jabberwockies. There's also an abundance of tea." What this world lacked in color and excitement it made up for in the easy access to teabags. Perhaps that was a fair enough trade.
