So i changed my set up and added a roof over it. Now i can keep working with bigger space oh wait my table broke... So gotta fix that... Anyway gonna try to fix it but i really gotta get my other table lol at least that one is strong and always stable.
Progress?
Have been feeling stable lately, but as usual there’s a little oogle man creeping at the back of my head. I’ve been okay with most of my day to day tasks and productivity but there’s always this part of me that’s eating away at me. Not exactly trying to ignore it, i certainly see it and acknowledge it’s existence. It’s a dark little face smiling at me for god sakes. I just know that sooner or later this thing is gonna eat my soul and i will suffer for it.
On brighter things i’ve been feeling really good about my art and where it’s heading. I’m definitely feeling like i belong in the studio and it’s been absolutely amazing to work at such a great space. Maybe I just gotta keep going and who knows what will happen to everything i’ve been making. An exhibit? An Art show? in January? maybe...
Welcome Back?
Hey so it’s been quite a long time since I've dabbled in blogging and even writing about my feelings. I’m quite open so there are lots of things I've already put out there. they’re mostly towards a specific moment but i rarely now a days reflect on my week or even day because i’m moving around so much. I find that doing self reflections help me move on to the future and also have a better memory of what happened to me.
Most of the time when i repeat a story i realize that it changes as i go. Then later on in my life i think back how i said that story and i worry if I’ve altered my memory after telling the same stories for so long. I was told that we don’t really recall a memory but we take a copy of it in our head and recall that. so in some ways that copy isn’t like a direct copy and it degrades as time pass. some i would say have a better mental capacity for it and can recall memory really well. I have a terrible memory and i’m definitely working in it. Let’s hope this blog will help me with that from now on.
