BEDROOMS TO SCRIPT FOR A VILLAIN DR
Know Your Brain
This is not a neuroscience class. I am not trying to turn you into a brain researcher. I am helping you get familiar with the terms I use in my posts so that when we talk about manifestation, mindset, or self-concept, you know exactly what part of you is being discussed.
A lot of conversations around manifestation stay abstract because the underlying mechanisms are rarely explained clearly. At the same time, some of the sharpest thinkers are found in these spaces, especially among people who study metaphysics, philosophy, psychology, and consciousness.
Many of these discussions might seem a bit esoteric at first, but once you see how they relate to the way your brain truly works, everything starts to make more sense.
Understanding the basic systems of your brain gives you language for understanding yourself.
Prefrontal Cortex
This is the area right behind your forehead. It is responsible for planning, reasoning, focus, decision making, and self-control.
When people talk about intentional thought or consciously choosing a new assumption, this is the system doing much of the work. It helps you pause before reacting and gives you the ability to question automatic patterns rather than immediately obey them.
When you redirect your attention on purpose, you are engaging this region.
Amygdala
The amygdala is your brain’s threat detection system.
Its job is to scan for danger and trigger emotional responses like fear, anxiety, or stress.
This system is designed to protect you. The challenge is that it can respond to imagined threats the same way it responds to real ones.
That is why uncertainty can feel overwhelming or why a simple text message can trigger panic.
A large part of emotional regulation is teaching this system that discomfort does not always mean danger.
Hippocampus
This region helps form and organize memories.
It stores experiences and connects them to meaning.
Many of the beliefs you hold about yourself are built from repeated memories and the interpretations attached to them.
If a certain story about who you are feels deeply familiar, there is usually a history reinforcing it.
Basal Ganglia
This system is responsible for habits and automation.
Anything repeated often enough becomes easier for your brain to run automatically.
That includes behaviors, reactions, and thought patterns.
Your brain values efficiency. Once a pattern becomes familiar, it will often repeat it without asking whether it still serves you.
Anterior Cingulate Cortex
This region helps you notice conflict between old patterns and new perspectives.
It becomes active when part of you recognizes that an existing belief no longer fits.
That mental friction you feel during change is often this system detecting inconsistency.
Discomfort can be part of rewiring.
Hypothalamus
This region helps regulate internal balance.
It influences sleep, hunger, stress response, and many of the physical shifts connected to emotional states.
This is one reason your thoughts and body are so closely linked.
Mental patterns do not stay mental for long.
Brainstem & Reticular Activating System
The brainstem handles automatic survival functions like breathing, heart rate, and arousal.
Within it, the Reticular Activating System helps filter what reaches your awareness.
It does not determine truth. It determines what gets your attention.
This is why what you repeatedly focus on becomes easier to notice.
Your brain learns what to prioritize.
Default Mode Network
The DMN is the system involved in self-referential thinking.
It helps generate internal dialogue, autobiographical memory, and the ongoing narrative you hold about yourself.
This is where your sense of identity is continuously reinforced.
When people feel stuck in repetitive thought loops, this system is often highly active.
The more familiar you become with these systems, the easier it becomes to understand why you think, feel, and react the way you do.
Knowing your brain is not about reducing yourself to biology.
It is about understanding the mechanisms you work with so you can use them with greater precision.
How to raise awareness of your micro-awakening and use them to shift, manifest or enter the Void
What is a micro-awakening ?
A micro-awakening is that tiny snap-to-surface (3–30 seconds, sometimes it goes longer ) where you’re not fully awake but not fully asleep. You already have several every night. The goal isn’t to create them; it’s to notice them and use one on purpose to shift, manifest, enter the Void or any other desired state. For exemple during the night you're cold, you take your blanket, adjust it, then fall asleep back quickly, that's a micro awakening.
Some people have more micro-awakenings because of more frequent interruptions in sleep, which can be due to different factors, although having a lot of micro-awakenings is not ideal, in these conditions, this can provide significant advantages.
How do you use one of them ?
Stay still. Keep eyes closed. Don’t grab your phone. Don't move. Feel/think about one anchor (breath, heartbeat, the black behind your eyelids...). Recall your pre-set cue/mantra. Then either shift, manifest, or enter the void using the mini-scripts below. If you miss it's fine. Another one will come anyway and you'll have a chance to start again.
Generally while doing a MA, you're in low theta to low beta, Most often in alpha at the theta/alpha border
YOU ALREADY DO 2+ PER NIGHT AT MINIMUM
So we train your brain to tag them. You don't have to worry about "not having micro awakening".
There are usually more in the last two hours of your sleep cycle
The 8 habits that make catching a micro-awakening easier.
1) WBTB (Wake Back To Bed)
Wake after ~3.5–8 hours of sleep, depending of how much you sleep (ideally two hours before your usual wake-up time). Stay up 10–40 minutes. Dim light, minimal stimulation (no doomscrolling, try to even avoid touching your phone).Do a small activity, not too stimulating like meditation, reading your script again.... Go back to bed with a single intention: “When I have a micro awakening, I’ll stay still and shift/manifest/enter the void”
With this you will have even more micro-awakening in the last part of the night.
2) Daytime Rehearsals (the “micro-wake drill”) little awake training moment
2–4 times/day, close your eyes for 20–40 seconds and rehearse: notice breath(or any other anchors)→ say your cue → feel/imagine your target state → release. You can even do small training session for a few minutes, when you visualize yourself during a micro awakening and what you'll do at the key moment.
3) A little water
100–200 ml before returning to sleep during WBTB. Enough to nudge light arousals later, not enough to disrupt the night. (Like one glass)
It also has many benefits
4) Yoga Nidra before sleep
One session to prime yourself. Finish by planting your intention once. That’s it. You can also do it during the wbtb session; it can be even more effective, if you're not afraid of falling asleep in the middle of the session. I will give videos that are oriented towards awareness.
5) Light background sound
Pink noise / soft ambient/ delta or theta wave at low volume can keep awareness a touch closer to the surface. It's not mandatory. Keep it in a light way that doesn't disrupt your sleep too much.
Schumann Resonance - Earth's Vibrational Frequency - 7.83 Hz - Theta Binaural BeatsMagnetic Minds:This video contains Theta Binaural Beats w
For micro-awakening in my opinion, Shauman frequencies are the best.
6) Implementation intention (super important)
Write or/and repeat 3–5x before sleep:
“When I notice a micro-awakening, then I will stay still, keep eyes closed, and run my [Shift/Void/Manifest] script.”
7) Tiny light cue after WBTB
Crack the curtain or use a low, indirect lamp outside your immediate field (like a night light). We want circadian-friendly dimness, not full blown brightness (unless you're confortable with it).
8) Reality checks tuned for drowsy states
Several times/day ask: “Am I in a micro-wake or full awake?” Use a gentle RC (finger-through-palm, nose-pinch) so it shows up at night. You can also do a quick visualization, like closing your eyes and pretending to turn, roll or affirming.
Extras that'll help:
Consistent sleep window (your brain LOVES rhythm).
Cut caffeine late. Limit alcohol and weed(it fragments REM some antidepressant/psychiatric treatment do the same too so be aware of this if you're on any meditation and watch is any side effects impact sleep).
Keep a bedside notecard with your script in 2 lines.
If you tend to roll over instantly, pause for 3 breaths first.
Choose one anchor word or sensation (e.g., “soften”, “dissolve”, “arrive”).
How to use a micro-awakening
1) Shifting
Goal: slide straight into your DR.
Script (10–60 seconds max if after 2min you're not in your DR then fall back asleep):
Stay still → “Arrive” → feel one DR sense (texture, temperature, a specific smell) → add one emotional tone (how it feels to be there) → count down 5→0 or breathe 3 slow breaths → on the exhale let the scene envelop you. No forcing. If vibrations/falling/blankness: do nothing; let it take you and focus on your DR.
Tips:
Keep it primarily somatic (touch/weight/temperature) not cinematic. Unless you have it easy with visualization you can couple both of it for even more immersion.
If thoughts race: whisper once inside your head, “I’m already there,” and focus on breath/heartbeat/counting or anything that help you relax, then drop inner speech.
2) Manifestation
Goal: imprint the “wish-fulfilled” body-feel into the liminal window.
Script (20–30 seconds max 1min):
Stay still → recall the one outcome → feel the body sensation that proves it’s done (relief, warmth in chest, grounded belly,warmness...) → quick gratitude breath → release. You don't have to visualize the process(you can too); embody the result and you'll see what will happen.
Tips:
One desire per night. Clean and simple wins. Especially at the beginning you can try more as you get used to it.
3) Entering the Void
Goal: stabilize pure awareness without content, then drop.
Script:
Stay still → gaze into the black behind eyelids → soften jaw/tongue/eyes → slow exhale → silently repeat your void cue 2–3 times (“I dissolve”, “Only awareness”) → then stop repeating and let everything widen. If the field/your vision goes velvet-black, time dilates, body vanishes, stay passive. If you feel a “click,” intend your action (shift/assume) from there.
Tips:
If mind chatters, use a soft 100→0 or 10->0 count and let numbers fade to dark. It help some people to relax.
Don’t try to chase the void at all cost, The void arrives when resistance drops.
4) I want to do OBE/lucid dream
Watch Michael Raduga's phase and read his technique for indirect methods and lucid dreams.
TROUBLESHOOTING
“I always move/itch.”
Treat it as a test. Relax around the urge for 10 seconds. If it spikes, scratch once, reset, and return to stillness. One clean movement is better than a minute of mental fight.
"I'm moving as i'm waking up"
Do your stuff anyways, about 20-30% of the sensation you're experimenting during a micro awakening is false.
“My heart is pounding.”
Lengthen exhale slightly (in 3, out 5). Let the thump be your anchor; lots of successful transitions happen with a fast heartbeat so don't worry too much about it.
“I forget the plan.”
Bedside card. Two-line script. That’s your lifeline in groggy land. :')
“I fully wake up.”
Okay, use the bathroom, one sip of water, back to bed. No phone, no lights.
“I get anxious.”
Remind yourself: micro-awakenings are normal. Switch that night to the Manifest path (it’s gentler) or just rest. You can also focus on your breath instead and inhale/exhale slowly.
“Nothing all week.”
Pick one lever to change: extend WBTB by 10 minutes, add a 15-minute Yoga Nidra, or tighten your bedtime. Keep the rest the same for 3 nights. Iterate, don’t overhaul. Also don't be afraid to do break, if you're really tired getting aware of micro awakening might be harder.
Final notes
Keep it gentle. Micro-awakening work is about catching small windows, not brute-forcing arousal all night.
If your sleep quality drops, scale back WBTB frequency or shorten the awake period. You can also do a break and try again later.
Consistency > intensity. One clean micro-wake ride is worth 20 messy attempts.
Don't do wbtb more than 3 time/week
How to use a nap to shift, enter the Void state, or have an OBE
Naps are one of the most powerful underrated tools for consciousness work. If you’ve ever struggled to shift, enter the Void, or astral project at night ,naps might be exactly what your system needs. Here's how to make them work for you.
Before you nap:
1. Keep a soft light on if you can tolerate it. Full darkness may send you into too deep of a sleep phase. Light helps you stay closer to conscious awareness.
2. Drink a little water before your nap. This helps lightly activate your system, and might cause a natural micro-awakening (which you want).
3. Set the intention for micro-awakenings.
A simple sentence like:
"I will gently wake up a few times during this nap without stress, and I'll use those moments wisely."
No pressure, no obsession. Just a gentle mental imprint.
4. Optimal nap time: 20 minutes minimum, 30–90 minutes is often ideal.
Longer naps tend to produce more REM, which means more micro-awakenings and chances for altered states at the end of the nap.
WHY NAPS WORK SO WELL:
You have more frequent micro-awakenings during naps than during full-night sleep cycles.
Why is that helpful?
Because micro-awakenings are literal gateways into:
Astral projection (OBE)
The Void state
Shifting into your Desired Reality
They are moments where you're partially disconnected from your body, but not fully lost in unconsciousness, perfect for transitions.
WHAT TO LISTEN TO (Optional):
Only use sound if you're used to it or if silence feels too intense. Some helpful audio options:
Delta Waves (1–4 Hz) → Best for Void / OBE access.
Theta Waves (4–7 Hz) → For shifting & deep subconscious connection
Soft ambient tracks that remind you of your DR
For exemple these kind of video
Silence → totally valid and often better for Void or advanced states
Avoid anything too stimulating or complex (like busy subliminals). A nap should feel like a dream, not a task.
WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU WAKE UP MID-NAP:
If you wake up for a second or two, don’t move. That’s a micro-awakening. This is your golden opportunity.
Now choose your pathway:
To astral project (OBE):
Imagine you're rolling, floating, standing, or "falling out" of your body You can also do Michael Raduga's techniques from the phase, it's very effective. .
Feel your non-physical body move while your real one stays still.
Think: “I’m separating now.”
To shift:
Affirm softly in your mind: “I’m already there” or “This is my DR now.”
Visualize a mirror, door, bed, or scene from your DR.
Let the feeling sink in, don’t force anything. If you're not here In 1 to 2 minutes go back to sleep and try again at the next micro awakening
To enter the Void:
Imagine sinking into total darkness.
Repeat words like “Void,” “Let go,” or “I surrender.” Really simple affirmations
Focus on silence, emptiness, and your own presence.
Don’t try to do all three. Pick one and keep your focus gentle.
Note : It's easier to shift and enter the void via astral projection so you can make that your objective and then shift/enter the void from there.
The void state is easy to enter and no one can tell me otherwise.
I literally stared at the back of my eyes for 10-20 minutes (it felt like it, I didnt really count)
And BOOM i entered the void in seconds. Its so easy Im gonna throw up like WHAT
I didnt really manifest anything this time because I need to make a list first.
Good luck everyone! Try to stare at theback of you eyelids and eventually you'll easily enter the void
🖤
Understand that the physical/ego does not exist and finally be free.
Sometimes we worry too much about trying to get rid of the ego, about ignoring the physical (or 3D, if you prefer), we try to reflect for hours about the physical, seeking to finally detach ourselves from it...But if you know that never existed, then what exactly are you trying to get rid of? There's no one, there's nothing, so what are you trying to let go of?
There is no ego, no physical form, there is no human being, there is no human experience. Stop worrying about not being, about ceasing to identify with the ego, about ceasing to identify with the physical, like... you're already none of that! Sometimes we worry too much about "destabilizing" the physical world so that something finally works, but who notices this lack? There is no lack, no one notices this lack, the lack is an illusion.
People struggle to manifest their dream appearances, but why would that be difficult? You don't have a body, you ASSUMED to have a body (you = consciousness), so why would you have difficulty assume a "new" body?
Some people think they can't manifest S/P, but if there isn't another person separate from you, nothing exists outside of consciousness, and you have ACCEPTED the existence of that person, then why would it be difficult to manifest them?
Some people struggle to shift, but shifting itself doesn't exist (since shifting is a name we give to something as natural as breathing, but people treat it as something abnormal), if reality itself doesn't exist, if the ego doesn't exist, and it's all a matter of changing your focus... then why do you think you would have difficulty?
Some believe that consciousness is not in everything, but rather within the body, but that doesn't make sense, The body doesn't exist, so how can consciousness reside within this illusory body? The human being don't exist, so how can anything reside within them?
The ego is a creation of the mind, and the mind does not exist; the mind is not a real entity. The mind itself is the name we give to a collection of thoughts, and thoughts are not real, thoughts are not fixed, So, therefore >> It doesn't exist, it can't affect me.
Think of a lucid dream; it occurs when you realize it's not real, and then you can control it however you want. And it's not something you have a huge process to "awaken" to in the dream, you simply perceive it, and from there you control everything without limits. Why do you think it would be different with "this reality"? Since nothing changes from the dream to the physical reality, after all, the basis and the creator are the same: the consciousness.
There are accounts that tell you to demonize the ego, to treat it like crap and whatnot, but where will that get you? And what do you have to ignore when you CAN'T IGNORE SOMETHING THAT DONT EXISTS?

manifestation is instant because time doesn’t exist
the true explanation of the common term thrown around in the loa community
if you find yourself saying “but how does time not exist?” or “why don’t i have my desires?” then this post is for you
i believe almost everyone here has been confused by the common term “time does not exist”, or “manifestation is instant”. if it was instant, why didn’t i have my desires already?
time does not exist because there is no past or future. it is what you are aligning yourself with that you are experiencing.
let me go further in depth: when you are “remembering” the past, you are visualizing a moment that you associate in the past, and label it a “memory”. it is scientifically proven each time we remember something further from the present, we never remember it entirely accurate. we may add or miss details that may or may not have ever happened.
when you think about the future, you are visualizing something that has not happened yet. let’s say you have a concert tomorrow. you feel excited, you envision yourself walking or taking the bus/train to your designated area. you imagine how the music will sound, or maybe potential interactions you will have with your friends or the people around you. most importantly, you are happy in this moment, one that has not happened.
the key thing that happens with both remembering the past and envisioning the future, is that it stems from imagination. you are imagining a moment and deciding that this is what happened, or what will happen. and what is the #1 thing talked about in law of assumption? how our imagination dictates our life.
by now, i’m sure you’ve gotten my point. if not, I’ll simplify it: time does not exist, because we merely visualize a moment and label it a memory of the past, or an expectation of the future. we deem this to be true, and it is reflected into our 3D. this means that the only thing that truly exists, is now. it is the present.
so we know only the present is real, then how do we tie this back to how manifestation is instant?
if the only moment happening is the present, the moment we say “i have my desire”, it is done. we do not visualize this happening in a day, or a week, but now, because that is the only moment in time that we truly live in.
we don’t focus in what “time” has passed, because again, it does not exist. there is no delay. instead, it is an identity shift that we go through; it is the shift from aligning your inner man from being someone who identifies with the old story, into your dream self. the manifestation itself does not take time to materialize. the only reason you are still in the old story, is because you are further identifying your 3D with a moment you visualize and assign with a past memory.
your undesired past does not exist if you don’t want it to. a future filled with anxiety and fear does not exist if you don’t want it either. it always starts with the mind, and what you are imagining yourself in.
so yes, manifestation is instant. you already have everything you want!!
the only void state subliminal ever
music vers (addison rae’s songs): here it is. calm vers: here it is.
i’m here to present you a little sweet treat: an ultimate void state subliminal i originally made purely for myself, but ultimately decided to share with you.
i’ve already mentioned being a submaker back in 2024 in my introduction post and, i must say, quite a successful one. during june through january of this same year i was able to reach 3,500+ followers (now i have 4,000, what an absolute insanity!! i’m so grateful!!) and collect an endless amount of success stories that i still receive to this day, so i’m a certified good submaker ig lol. i’m kitting ofc. but since my subliminals are safe and can be used by anyone, i might actually be good enough.
this is essentially a void state subliminal with a little extra for lucid dreaming, sleep paralysis, manifesting, shifting and more. it’s 18:18 long. long. i know. but if you can’t listen it fully, you can listen to just around 6 minutes, since the longest layer’s (the second one’s) affirmations repeat 3 times.
i crafted this subliminal with my best formula from 2024: the formula is called DMD (dear manipulative diary). it consists of three layers: the first repeats “i am” on a loop, the second is a full set of affirmations structured around my BS1 (blessing spell 1) formula and the third is a “dear diary” style affirmation that weaves everything together in diary entry form, using manipulative constructions targeting the subconscious from both “i” and “you” angles. each layer features different voice and speed. on top of that, it’s layered with powerful subliminal boosters by absolute power subliminals (i & ii), morphic fields and a 432hz frequency “attract your highest self” meditation sound as the cherry on top. this formula has brought many results for a lot of people, so i hope it does the same for you and me this time too. i hope you’ll enjoy it! love ya!! xox 💋💋💋
Hello everyone, 🥂
You can call me 🏎 anon.
I’m 22 and I genuinely never thought I’d be writing one of these.
Before entering the void, I was obsessed with the idea that certain people could manifest others into it. I truly believed someone else could push you there. So when I saw Pink’s experiment, I thought, Perfect. This is finally going to do it for me.
It didn’t.
Absolutely nothing happened.
At first I was disappointed, but that failure ended up changing my entire life because it forced me to realise that no one was coming to save me.
Manifesting for others into the void is impossible because your consciousness is YOURS. Nobody can think for you, assume for you, or enter awareness for you. My life was entirely in my own hands and I had been acting powerless the whole time.
That realisation slapped me awake.
For 3 days straight, I simply affirmed: “I enter the void state effortlessly.” “I am pure consciousness.” “The void state is natural for me.”
That’s all I did.
On the third night, I laid down repeating my affirmations lazily and suddenly my body disappeared. Completely. I couldn’t feel my limbs, my breathing, nothing. There was only awareness floating in endless silence.
I had entered the void.
The second I realised where I was, I affirmed everything I wanted as DONE and exited.
When I woke up the next morning, my life was unrecognisable.
Not movement or birds before land. No bridge of incidents.
Everything had manifested INSTANTLY.
My dream sports car parked outside my building
A luxury apartment I somehow now had the keys to
Thousands deposited into my bank account
My ideal physique
Clear skin and thick hair
My dream girlfriend
Designer clothes and watches
A high-paying remote job
Confidence so intense people stared at me differently
My anxiety completely gone
A new friend group
Travel opportunities already lined up
Constant validation and attention everywhere I went
It felt like I had shifted into an entirely different reality overnight.
The craziest part is how NORMAL it all felt.
So yes, the void is real. And yes, your entire life can change in a single night.
But the biggest lesson I learned is this:
Stop waiting for someone else to hand you your power.
You are the operant power. You always were. 🥂

Let's do a challenge!
Krys' LOA challenge 𐙚𓏲⋆ ִֶָ ๋𓂃 ⋆ᡣ𐭩
It's going to be a simple 7 days challenge.
Here you're gonna track your progress:
Rules:
Pick a desire: specify what you wanna manifest to as much detail as you can
Pick a time: either at night before going to bed or in the morning before you start your day you're gonna do this challenge
Pick a technique: either affirm, script, visualize, whichever suits you, from the version of you who has it. Do your technique as if you're thinking back on your day as the version of you who's already living it
While doing this don't hope to get something or affirm/write/visualize to get something. We're doing this to train your brain to identify with the you who has it.
Tick mark the image after each day and be consistent. You can comment or post about each day and how it went and what you wrote/affirmed/visualised about along with me! :] I'll update each day
Have fun!!!!!
Goodluck! Tell me how it goes (人 •͈ᴗ•͈)
Love, Krys ᡣ𐭩 •。ꪆৎ ˚⋅
are you in?
Yes!
Nah
Later
heyyy!! Can u tell me what sleep paralysis is and how to enter void state w it??
hiii
im sorry for being late!!
What is Sleep Paralysis?
Sleep paralysis is a natural state that occurs during REM sleep, where your body is temporarily paralyzed while your mind is awake.
i personally recommend trying the wbtb method to enter the void through sleep paralysis!! it's like a cheat code! it's better than waiting for ur body to fall asleep while this method (the wbtb) will get u there faster!! if u don't know the wbtb method here is how to do it:
1- sleep for 3-6 hours then wake up (ofc u gotta set ur alarm)
2- stay up for 5-10 minutes the goal is to have a little awareness not to be fully aware yk?
3- go back to bed and lay down and don't move and u will get sleep paralysis ✨
and the moment u get sleep paralysis don't panic! stay calm and affirm for the void state and it will happen immediately!! and good luck 💕💕 i hope this helped
reasons you’re unable to enter the void or shift while lucid dreaming or in sleep paralysis
recently I received a couple of messages from followers and other blogs explaining how, when they were in sleep paralysis or lucid dreaming, were unsuccessful in reaching the void or shifting after stating their intentions
this also happened to me a couple of times, seemingly at random; sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t
I did a bit of research and also analyzed my own experiences to figure out the root of the problem and how to fix it:
you’re not completely grounded/you’re rushing
this took me an embarrassing amount of tries to realize this, but every time I’m lucid dreaming or feeling myself entering the void, I would instantly start to spew out my intentions/desires instead of completely grounding myself in there and I would be instantly kicked out from that state. I guess it just doesn’t work that way — you have to be completely grounded in your ld or sp for your desires to manifest
a lot of you (me included) get so excited or scared when realizing we’re in a certain state that the connection, I guess, breaks. as an example, when I wasn’t very knowledgeable on the void state I entered it and chilled there for like 10-15 minutes before exiting willingly, but after discovering it can be used for shifting or manifesting I could barely spend 10 seconds there before waking up unintentionally
5 Day Lucid Dream to Void State Challenge Instructions
There are 3 major lucid dream techniques we will employ during the duration of this challenge. If for whatever reason, you can not do one, that is fine. Just do whichever one you can. All 3 have really good success rates and just doing one is enough, I am just giving options and I know some people like having more to do.
#1: WBTB
This is arguably one of the most effective and popular lucid dream techniques to exist. The steps are simple:
1. Go to sleep and set an alarm after 5-6 hours. This is to interrupt your REM cycle.
2. Get up and do something for anywhere between 10-60 minutes. During this time, try to think about lucid dreaming, how you're going to lucid dream, etc.
3. Go back to sleep knowing you're going to enter a lucid dream.
Here are some posts to check out for this method: WBTB #1, WBTB #2, WBTB #3
(Now two of these are WBTB+recliner chair method posts which is not a lucid dream method but a void state method but I wanted to share to show how powerful WBTB can be and that you can even enter the void state directly using the WBTB method. Since this a lucid dream challenge I will not go into detail about this but you can check out this success story that explains it clearly).
#2: WrILD
WrILD stands for Writing Induced Lucid Dreaming and as the name suggests, all you need to do is write down your intention on a piece of paper to enter a lucid dream.
You should do it before bed, anywhere between right before to 2 hours before. Just take out a piece of paper and write an affirmation such as "I will lucid dream tonight" 50 to 100 times. It is super important to believe it and know it will come to fruition.
Here are some posts to check out: WrILD #1, WrILD #2
#3: ETILD
ETILD stands for Eye Twitch Induced Lucid Dream and it is where you mimic the eye twitches you experience during REM sleep to trick your body into REM sleep which you can then use to lucid dream. The steps are simple:
#1: Do 2 cycles of the 4-7-8 breathing method (Imhale for 4 seconds, hold for 7, exhale for 8).
#2: Close your eyes and start moving your eyes rapidly left and right, up and down or in a circular motion.
#3: You will start to get lucid dream symptoms and enter a lucid dream.
Here are some posts to check out: ETILD #1, ETILD #2
If you have any issues with any of the above, that's fine. Just do what you can. Ideally here are the steps:
#1: Before going to sleep, do WrILD.
#2: Set an alarm clock for after 5-6 hours so you can do WBTB.
#3: Wake up and stay up for a few minutes and think about lucid dreaming. You can do WrILD again if you want.
#4: Go back to bed and do ETILD.
#5: Enter a lucid dream, stabilize it, and enter the void state through your desired method.
You can definetly employ other methods of your choosing as well. If you get goof results from subliminals, start listening to lucid dream subliminals or if you're an affirm and persist person, go ahead and do that. Make this customizable and effective for you.
Something I would love is if you guys would write down exactly what steps you're going to take and track it on your blogs so that when you succeed, people can know exactly what you did to enter and mimic your steps. You can tag it with #5dayldtovschallenge. I can't wait to see all your success stories!
MINI SUCCESS STORY
So I had this best friend who was like my soulmate. As time passed by, she became more and more secretive and started hiding all her mistakes from me. One day I found out about all her lies and when a huge problem exploded she threw me into the pit to defend herself (she lied and put all the blame on me.) That was my last straw and I ended our friendships right there. It was hard for me without her, she was my best friend yk.
Then I assumed that she'll realise her mistakes and will come back to me someday after reflecting on her own mistakes and I moved on from this thing. I stopped worrying. And GUESS WHO TEXTED ME YESTERDAY. YES SHE DID😭 AND SHE APOLOGIZED FOR WHAT SHE DID.
(Yes that stubborn, self centred bitch apologised)
GUYS LOA IS REAL. IF I CAN DO IT, YOU CAN DO IT TOO.

Entenda, você é CONSCIÊNCIA experimentando a si mesma.
E quanto a revisão? É a mesma coisa.
