Understand that the physical/ego does not exist and finally be free.

Sometimes we worry too much about trying to get rid of the ego, about ignoring the physical (or 3D, if you prefer), we try to reflect for hours about the physical, seeking to finally detach ourselves from it...But if you know that never existed, then what exactly are you trying to get rid of? There's no one, there's nothing, so what are you trying to let go of?

There is no ego, no physical form, there is no human being, there is no human experience. Stop worrying about not being, about ceasing to identify with the ego, about ceasing to identify with the physical, like... you're already none of that! Sometimes we worry too much about "destabilizing" the physical world so that something finally works, but who notices this lack? There is no lack, no one notices this lack, the lack is an illusion.

People struggle to manifest their dream appearances, but why would that be difficult? You don't have a body, you ASSUMED to have a body (you = consciousness), so why would you have difficulty assume a "new" body?

Some people think they can't manifest S/P, but if there isn't another person separate from you, nothing exists outside of consciousness, and you have ACCEPTED the existence of that person, then why would it be difficult to manifest them?

Some people struggle to shift, but shifting itself doesn't exist (since shifting is a name we give to something as natural as breathing, but people treat it as something abnormal), if reality itself doesn't exist, if the ego doesn't exist, and it's all a matter of changing your focus... then why do you think you would have difficulty?

Some believe that consciousness is not in everything, but rather within the body, but that doesn't make sense, The body doesn't exist, so how can consciousness reside within this illusory body? The human being don't exist, so how can anything reside within them?

The ego is a creation of the mind, and the mind does not exist; the mind is not a real entity. The mind itself is the name we give to a collection of thoughts, and thoughts are not real, thoughts are not fixed, So, therefore >> It doesn't exist, it can't affect me.

Think of a lucid dream; it occurs when you realize it's not real, and then you can control it however you want. And it's not something you have a huge process to "awaken" to in the dream, you simply perceive it, and from there you control everything without limits. Why do you think it would be different with "this reality"? Since nothing changes from the dream to the physical reality, after all, the basis and the creator are the same: the consciousness.

There are accounts that tell you to demonize the ego, to treat it like crap and whatnot, but where will that get you? And what do you have to ignore when you CAN'T IGNORE SOMETHING THAT DONT EXISTS?

Where do you think you need to go? What exactly are you looking for if you already have everything?

If you've been trying to manifest/shift for a long time, or when you're about to shift or manifest something, do you see it as something that's part of you, something integrated into you, or do you see it as a place you need to go? a place you need to reach through a process? Just ask yourself one thing: where do you want to go? You are the consciousness that creates everything, the "physical" reality is also your creation, and I mean that in the most literal sense. Think of it this way: you're painting a picture, but the picture doesn't paint itself, it doesn't try to "challenge you"... (like many say, "oh, the 3D is challenging you," but how the hell would your creation challenge you?)

You are not the human body, you are not the mind, you are not the brain, you are nothing, you are what comes before all of that. You create everything, sometimes you think you don't have it because you think you need to take a step forward, that you need to visualize better, listen to the right subliminal, go on a mental diet, buy that "coach manifestation" course and bla bla bla... (And you're just going to waste money, so how can you look for the answer in "other places" when everything only leads to one place, which is yourself? This is about you and yourself, these manifestation coaches are only taking your money 👍 i mean, buy if you want, But if at the end of the day, everything comes back to looking inward, what's the point of it?), But in reality, you already have everything because you are everything. You. Are. Everything.

What "manifests" to the ego (physical world) is only what we choose to pay attention to. To shift/manifest, you don't need help, you don't need anything, you just have to change your point of reference. "But how do I do this?" Imagining, affirming, anything that makes you focus on that. "Ah, but the physical world hasn't changed." The physical world is your creation; the more you believe there's a separation between you and the physical, the more you believe that the "physical" is independent, the more you will create this separation in your mind and the more you will complicate things for yourself.

Do you really believe that the physical and imagination are one and the same, or do you just see it as a catchy phrase to robotically recite on Tumblr with an aesthetic Buddha photo?

Because, what's the point of all this if at the end of the day you still think you need to change something, that you need to change your location, that you need to express yourself better, that you need to learn to shift, You need to see the most hyped post about Shifting/Manifesting?

You're not going anywhere, because you are consciousness, everything exists in consciousness, so in the end, it's all about you. It's all about looking inside yourself, it's about perceiving yourself.

Point A to point B — Simplicity of manifestation/shifting and dealing with the physical

I'm not going to teach you how to change anything, because what is there to change? What is it that you think isn't there?

When you manifest something, what comes to mind first? The feeling of "I already have it, I want to explore this possibility" or "I want to see it physically, I failed because I didn't see it physically"? Because if it's the second one, are you still leaning on the mind and the physical. The physical world isn't something you need to detach from; it's not something you need to visualize burning just so you can manifest/shift. What you really need is to recognize that there's nothing to detach from, you are consciousness, everything is one, all versions of you exist now, not sequentially but in totality, you are the foundation of these versions, you shifting only mean that you released the identification with just one, and that only requires relaxing. "How do I do it in practice?" First of all? Stop seeing the physical aspect as the end result, see it as part of you, not something that exists separately. Success doesn't come from seeing it in the physical, it comes from knowing that it has already happened, from the decision. Think about it, how do you perceive the world around you? Do you question it as you see it? Do you listen to a thousand subliminal playlists to perceive it? Do you visualize it all the time to know where you are? Or do you simply know you are where you are? Think about it and let it all go, now you're experiencing your DR/your manifestation, and when you doubt, just say "i already have".

If shifting is easy, why do many people take years to shift and why are there still people who haven't succeeded?

First of all, have you truly not shifted yet, or are you just still seeking validation in the physical?

Sometimes (often) we believe that we haven't shifted/manifested because we haven't seen it physically, we haven't felt it with all our senses, but what if in reality the physical senses are illusory? Who can prove that this is actually relevant and real?

The real success story comes from accepting it, from knowing it's yours; the physical are consequence! Many say they accepted it, that they followed a method, affirmed it, persisted, and blah blah blah, and still haven't seen the results physically, but I ask you: What is the physical really? Just reflect on it, and realize that your mind already has a ready-made answer, because it tries to entertain you, it likes immediate and quick answers, but what if the real answer is silence? I ask you again, and reflect on this right now: what is the physical? Ignore the ready and anxious answer of your mind and realize how, in reality, physics doesn't have a definition, It is not an inner or outer world, it simply is, because there is no double face, there is no inner side and an outer side.

By assuming you shifted, you're already there. Accepting something isn't about affirming it for hours and then searching and analyzing the physical reality, sleeping and waiting to wake up to a new reality; accepting something is about selecting your perception of the present moment, what is true for you to start from this point...just like we don't see oxygen, we shift all the time without realizing it.

Analyze how you perceive reality. Let's say you have green eyes, do you constantly assert that they are green? Do you rush to look at them in the mirror to make sure they are still green? Do you constantly wonder if they're green? Do you go to sleep hoping to wake up in a magical world where they're more green, or do you KNOW they're green? Apply that same thing to shifting, just perceive shifting for what it is: natural. It's not a method, it's not something new, a spell, it is what it is. If we didn't have a name for it, our minds would label it as natural!

People think they haven't shifted simply because they still see the physical form as the end result, as the ultimate goal, but it's nothing, it's a consequence. Without the physical and without the time, what would be left of all this? That is precisely the basis of everything: nothing. The decision to shift/manifest isn't noisy or forced; it's the relaxation of knowing that it's happening in the present moment...If you think that the physical is more real than the imagination... Realize that without our physical senses, we would experience and perceive this just the as same as we do with imagination.

How to manifest anything (This also applies to shifting)

Manifesting things requires no effort, that's a fact, and manifesting things that some people in the community perceive as "unreal" or "impossible" is no different. To be honest, the difference between manifesting a chocolate bar and manifesting an empire is the same: none. With that in mind, let's begin.

1. Decide and stop thinking about a separation

This applies to anything, because there's no separation between you and who you want to be, between one point and another... The "you" who desires something now is the same "you" who has what you desire, because everything is you, literally everything. So stop thinking there's a difference between you and what you want to manifest, between you and a "you who has what you desire," you are one. Decide what you want to manifest; power, Desired body, anything.

2. It's done, when you realize that there is no difference between you and another version, it's over, you've already manifested it. When you decide you have manifested/shifted, you automatically already have it, which makes many people think they don't is because they look at the physical like it is the real thing, but the physical isn't the real thing, and certainly not the judge who will decide whether you have it or not. Just decide what you want to manifest/where you wanna shift, and accept that you already have it, and stop seeing It as somewhere out of you, something you gotta reach..recognize it as part of your reality already, (Perhaps your mind keeps telling you it's impossible, but who is this "you" that thinks something is impossible? You are a limitless being.)

3. Manifesting/shifting requires no effort, only the recognition that it is already something actual, something that is already present and happening. When you decide what you want to manifest/where you wanna shift and embrace it as something being experienced right now, that's it, there's nothing more to do, because what are you going to do to get something you already have?? When you manifest/shift nothing changes; the only thing that happens is that you stop identifying and isolate yourself with one perception and begin to experience "another", and that's why you don't magically wake up somewhere, because there's nowhere to go, nothing needs to be changed, just recognizing that you never needed to leave one place to go to another, because the division never existed, you stop seeing it as something inexplicable and super special, and start recognizing that you've always existed in it and always experienced it.

All Realities are Within You (Awareness)

Disclaimer: these are just my personal beliefs so just take what resonates with you!

As it has already been established, your truest essence is pure Awareness. As Awareness you are the formless nothingness " ", which is infinite and limitless beyond human comprehension and words. Therefore, you are the source of literally everything! Everything that you can possibly become aware of/imagine/think, whether it be Hogwarts, Avatar, Star Wars, the astral realm, a reality that you created entirely on your own, etc are all within you as Awareness. Nothing is ever “lacking”, "outside", or "separate" from you as Awareness! This is supported by the idea of creation is finished by Neville Goddard, everything you can think of/imagine already exists here and now. All infinite, limitless realities exist within YOU!

Shifting is not what Awareness "does", it is what Awareness is, it's fundamental to Awareness. What I mean by this is that Awareness is always shifting, because of its formless, infinite nature! Therefore, you are never "stuck" in a "current" or "original" reality, that is impossible. This is why it's more than possible for people to one second be in their "CR" and then blink and be in their "DR" or their surroundings change before their eyes or it just changes instantly like a TV channel switch, because nothing is separate from you as Awareness and all forms (realities) whether it be drastically "different" or "similar" logical experiences are all the same. There is absolutely no difference between one moment blinking and being at Hogwarts, or following a "logically consistent" experience because they are both always equally within Awareness here and now. In fact I wouldn't even consider them as "realities" it's all literally just Awareness (you) in different forms! When you shift you are not "going" somewhere outside of you, you're just becoming aware of a different form that is always equally within you here and now at this very moment.

This is why so many people who follow nondualism frequently experience these instant open eyes drastic shifts, because they recognise they are pure Awareness, and that nothing is ever separate from Awareness and that Awareness is always shifting no matter what. They don't let the limiting "physical senses" dictate their experiences, after all the "physical senses" is also just YOU as Awareness. The reason why so many people haven't had these types of shifts is because subconsciously I think most people are still identifying with the human body and thinking that you are shifting to a separate reality "outside" of you. You do not need to meditate, visualise, affirm, enter an altered state of consciousness, etc to shift, but they are helpful tools! All you need to do is know you are pure Awareness, the source of all infinite, limitless realities that are never separate from you and already always equally within you here and now, and that shifting is inherent and what Awareness (you) inevitably always "does".

If the physical doesn't matter, why does it feels more real and solid?

There is no drama or secret. We grew up believing that there is a false and a real, a lie and a truth, but what would your life be like without this imposed upon you? The truth is, this only seems more real because we continue what happens here. We give it attention, meaning, we impose the concept of "that's real" upon it. But it isn't. You know when you're "imagining" something and it starts to become more "solid" and detailed? That's exactly what happens with the physic.

When we dream, it seems very real to us, it seems solid, real, but when we "wake up" we realize "it wasn't real," that it was imagination/invention, and really, what's the difference? Why do you think there is a difference, a barrier that defines the real and the unreal?

When we shift, for example, some people think they failed, that it didn't work because they didn't feel it with their senses...But what if these senses only exist because you decided they were real? People visualize manifesting/shifting and think it's just visualization, imagination, something that will happen, but do you know where this comes from? From the imposition that this is real, it comes from the illusion that you need feel something change from here, from your body here, from this point in the experience, but what change is this that you seek so much? Who confirms to you that you no longer have it? That you failed? "Oh, the physical," but who creates the physical? Oh, that's right, it's you.

You cant manifest and you'll never manifest (and persisting wont help).

"but why?" Because what is it that you think you dont have?? You cant manifest because you already have it. Yes, you already have everything. You already have your dream body, dream house, S/P, experiences, you already have it all! The idea that there is something worth persisting in, something worth attracting, only stems from the idea that the physical and the imaginary are separate. But if you already acknowledge that they are the same, why the importance? You already have what you want, regardless of what the "physical" shows! Because the point is, the physical doesn't create you, you create the physical. The physical doesn't happen with you, it happens because of you.

"ok, but why persisting wont help if everyone tells me to persist?" To persist in something, you need a goal to achieve. Manifest isn't a goal, it wont arrive, it wont come to you at some point, you thinking it only implies that there is something to be done, but if you have everything, then why persist on it? The real assumption is not about attracting something or creating something new! It's like a waterfall that's blocked, preventing the water from flowing, when you remove that obstacle you simply allow the water to flow, without more or less. And that's what an assumption is, it's not about creating, it's about to let it exist, It's about stopping trying to hold it from existing.

one thing i want everyone on shiftblr and loablr to realise is that you don't have to believe in the views on what shifting/manifesting is that everyone else does on this app. assumptions create reality, what you believe in is true. you don't have to worry about rationalising everyone else's beliefs. i personally disagree with a lot of the beliefs people hold on this app, and that's okay! what's true for them is true for them, what's true for me is true for me. that's the beauty of it all.

Void state ilusion + what is void state + how to enter it

#1 Idealization and the ego.

There's this idealization that silence (void) is something important, relevant, and incredible, but it's not. It brings the feeling of something new, something surreal, a hyper-experience, but it isn't. Does that scare you or comfort you?. There's this misconception that "all you have to do is enter the void and you'll manifest easily/instantly." But if you are pure consciousness, and this "state" is a state where you pay attention to a place you've never left...doesn't that mean that you, consciousness, always manifest instantly?

#2 Time and physical

Have you ever had those moments when you read something about consciouness that is SO good that you even feel everything in a different way (in a good meaning)? This happens because you detach yourself from the concept of time. In other words, you see beyond the mind and ego, because the mind knows the information about something, sees the flat figure, but consciousness sees everything beyond just small pieces of information.

#3 What is void state?

Even though I've already written a post about this, I think I can delve deeper into it here. The void is when you find yourself in the present moment, when you perceive yourself beyond the mind. When you get tired, for example — so much so that in certain manifesting communities thats why they say it's good to "manifest when you're tired" — You start to focus more now, on the feeling of the present moment, because the mind gets tired when you don't pay attention to it; it's as if the present moment is the sky and the mind is the clouds on cloudy days, trying to cover everything with past and future, But sooner or later the sun comes out, that's what happens when you pay attention to the present moment. When you pay attention to the present moment, you are in your state of consciousness; the void state is nothing grand, it's your natural state. It seems grand to the ego, but it isn't to you, consciousness.

#4 How to get into it

There is no way. Just be present in the now, and observe how your mind tries to cover everything with ideas of past and future. Just stop and observe your mind, don't analyze anything, just observe, return to the present moment. When we meditate, the mind becomes clear, because meditation brings us to the present moment, focusing on the now...then, void state.

#5 Bonus: what is manifestation? There is the idea that the physical is the endpoint; the manifestation occurs when that happens in the physical...but it's not true. Understand, to manifest is not to make something happen, but to stop hindering its existence. It's about letting go; when you manifest something, you loosen the resistance to letting it exist, to letting it be, you allow it to exist. Not through subliminals, robotic affirmations, characters, etc., it occurs when you just let things be.

Creating your reality using imagination. ─────────────────────────────────

You have always created your reality with your imagination. This isn't just a catchy phrase, but the truth. The world you believe to be external to you is actually your internal world; it's your imagination being experienced with different sensations, but that doesn't change the fact that it's still imagination. The physical world is malleable, it is adaptable, It was never something fixed; it stems from the illusion that this reality is the true one, that there is one reality more real than another, but the only real thing here is consciousness, whose being is you. The ego and the "external world" are one and the same, for both are false, both do not exist.

When you understand this, you perceive and change more easily, not because you've just reached a high level of transcendence, not because you've expanded your consciousness, but because you perceive and remember. What I do here is not to bring you a new reality, nor to try to force things into your head, but rather to make you remember. When I and other blogs here give you information, we are not bringing you a new reality, we're reminding you of who you've always been, because the illusion that there is something to be achieved, something to be undone, something to be expanded, is solely the work of the ego, and the ego is not a real thing.

When you imagine, or rather, experience, do it with open arms to embrace this new reality, do it with a mind willing to accept it as your new reality, Because there is no difference between them, you have everything you can imagine. Don't imagine it as something in the future, something that's about to happen, but as something that's happening now, because there's only NOW.

The WHOLE problem starts on the "physical". Many people get lost in thinking that the "physical" is real, an entity outside of ourselves, separate from us. But it isn't; the world isn't external to us, but rather something that occurs within us, because we are consciousness. The world is an extension of the imagination; imagination and the physical go hand in hand, because they are a extension. Once this false illusion of separation is accepted, this difficulty dissolves.

Once you imagine something, you are creating it; keep an open mind to that. You're not visualizing something for the future; past and future are concepts of the mind, and the mind doesn't exist outside the ego, and guess what? ego doesn't exist. The only thing that might make you hesitate is this simplicity and the blurring of the lines between physicality and imagination.

The physical, being an extension of the imagination, are the same thing. Abandon the idea that there is a difference! there is no old reality and a new reality; the only thing you do is change your interpretation of it. It's like the famous example: you buy a painting canvas, you can put as much paint on it as you want, but the canvas remains the same.

You don't need methods, examples, subliminals... Just accept, accept that your imagination is the same thing as "physical reality", It's not complicated. It's all simple; the source of everything comes from the "Ego death." Not by treating it like garbage, but calmly; there's no need to resist/"ignore" something that doesn't exist. Once all of this is understood, everything becomes lighter and you will comprehend the totality of everything.

Just understand that when you imagine, you are creating; that is already reality. What the mirror shows you is not your results, it shows you what you believe. You don't really think the mirror is real, do you? Stop validating this.

Just accept that you already have...sooner or later your beloved "physical" will reflect. Just accept that your manifestation/Dr has always been within you, with you, never separate.

As I said in another post, The attempt to shift/manifest only exists when you see the physical as the result, as validation that something worked... but the physical is an observer of what you observe.

Physical and its (lack of) "relevance"

People care so much at the physical, seeing it as something bigger than them, seeing it as the big ultimatum, the fixed thing...but it doesn't work like that.

And the more you tell them that, the pissed and more upset they become, because the idea that this is real has been instilled in us once we're born, and when we tell them that It doesnt exist, at first it's like we've taken something away from them, like we've ripped it away, because..."how can something important to me not exist?"

But the physical is imagination, it is the thing imagined by consciousness, and that is why I say that your imagination is reality.

Imagination is reality.

It has always been the reality and always will be, everything begins in the imagination...and ends in the imagination, because there is no difference between what we call physical and what we call imagination.

The separation between them has always been and always will be futile; it won't affect anything, since the physical remains a matter of imagination, whether you like it or not.

When we are manifesting a new appearance, for example, there is no separation between your "old" and "new" appearance; it's like playing a game and wanting to change your avatar... the avatar is the same..."ah but it changed this and that" There is an illusion of separation, of change, but there is nothing to be changed, only recognized. What changes during a manifestation is your understanding of it.

Why do you think shifting/manifesting during lucid dreaming works? Simply because it's all the same thing, there's no separation; dreams are a manifestation of consciousness, the physical world is a manifestation of consciousness, The mental is a manifestation of consciousness; everything boils down to one thing: consciousness.

Once you understand that there is no absence, only the illusion of it...that illusion fades. Once you understand that there is no space between imagination and reality, it all ends, checkmate.

• The physical is not the final result, and definitely not the final place, is not even a real thing..

• The attempt to shift/manifest only exists when you see the physical as the result, as validation that something worked: the physical is an observer of what you observe.

• There is no separation between you, the physical self, and your imagination; you are not the being you imagine, you are imagined, The ego is not a real entity.

• The law of assumption doesn't work; it's merely a pointer. Some people think it depends on that, but consciousness creates everything, including the law of assumption, so... it's a pointer 🤷 that's why you made the rules.

• Everything is based on what you observe, validate and perceive. When we manifest something, we just perceive it.

• If you treat imagination as something false, even knowing that the physical is also imagination...why worry so much about it and why think it's real? You create a separation between the physical and the imaginary, believing that the physical is more real than the imaginary. But now that you know that the physical is also imagination, why place them on different levels?

• you are not the being that imagine (you, in this case, ego), You are the being that is imagined, imagined by consciousness.

• "ah but the physical feel so real" yeah, And isn't that the same thing we think about while we dream? We're in a dream, and that's the world of our ego from there, to our mind from "there", it's real. But guess what? We always wake up.

What's the point of reading 700 posts just so you got lost on it? Whats the point of overloading your brain with information and end up forgetting everything at the end of the day If you still feel lost?

I used to be that person, it was an hell, I never knew anything, I never knew how to apply anything, I got easily frustrated by anything. What saved me was creating my own rules.

I didn't disappear all this time for nothing. You guys also need to take a break from the information, like, dude, relax, you know what to do, you know how to manifest. You know how to do your thing. Maybe you're feeling lost because you're consuming too much and doing less.

"What should i do? Because you say we dont have to do anything" you just have to sit with yourself, ask yourself: what's law of assumption/shifting for me? What it means?. My life changed after that, because i got a direction. I was so stuck in the idea that "oh, method is useless, I don't even need it" because I saw so-and-so saying that method only gets in the way...Honestly? I said "fuck it" and started doing techniques and I feel lighter.

I'm not sayin' that your problem is lack of methods, The problem I had at that time was that I was consuming so much content about "you need to do this, stop using methods" that I felt pressured, and that overloaded my brain with more information about it. Sometimes you know what to do, you know exactly what to do, but you prefer to look for 10 posts on Tumblr, each one leading you to something different. Breathe, you know what to do.

You feel that something will help you? Do It. You feel like doing a 14 days challenge for manifestation? Do it bro, i gotcha. You have to create your own law, i'm at a point where i dont care, i'm creating my rules, and you should do the same. What if your favorite blog delete tomorrow and you wont be able bombard the person behind the blog with 540 questions about your case anymore? They dont create your narrative, not even i do, so create your own thing, go do what you already know how to.

Hell yeah, couldnt agree more, i'm sure billionares wake up every day thinking about how poor they are, thinking that they dont have 2 cent on their pocket, so they can have their money in peace. I'm sure actress/actors wake up thinking about submit resume to be a pizza delivery driver because it they didn't, they will lose their acting job, LOL
