Grandiflora Textiles | Laura Schneider 

Grandiflora was born in 2012 when Laura Schneider graduated from the Savannah College of Art and Design with a degree in Fibers. Having connected to the art of screen printing, Laura wanted to continue to master the practice outside of school resources. Grandiflora Textiles products are dyed, printed or woven one piece at a time by hand and are created on either Laura's vintage floor loom, trustworthy sewing machine or hand built print table.

Shanicia Boswell is a Georgia native who began Yeyo’s Organic Body Products for her daughter, Kamryn Amelia. “Yeyo”, meaning “Mother” seemed like the perfect fit for her company. She wanted to create products that were aligned with her lifestyle and philosophies. Realizing that most people equate healthy living with healthy eating, she has managed to push the envelope to ask people, “what are you using on your skin?” With your skin being the largest organ, skincare products absorb with 26 seconds of being applied. So no matter how healthy a person eats, we can still be polluting our bloodstream with harmful chemicals. She gives true meaning to “Organic Love for Body Mind & Soul”.

The Soaking Tub on Made Again!

Unetta Hedge birthed The Soaking Tub out of her passion for natural bath and body products. She crafts nature inspired, spa-quality bath goods for men and women following the philosophy that skincare should not be complicated and that everything we put on our skin should come from nature.  The Soaking Tub line includes handmade soaps, salt & sugar scrubs, lip balms, and more.  All of Unetta’s products are organic; she uses organic oils and herbs, botanicals, & spices as natural colorant in her products. She tries hard to source herbs and botanicals locally. All of The Soaking Tub products by scratch in her Woodstock, GA soap room. In addition, her bath accessories line, such as the Soap Pallets (a.k.a. soap dishes) come from reclaimed wood.

My Sweet Nomsa on Made Again!

For the past 4 years, self-taught jewelry designer Ashlee Schleicher of My Sweet Nomsa has been making jewelry and loving every minute of it.  Making jewelry and expressing her creativity through sparkly jewels allows Ashlee "to have 'another form of grace." In her My Sweet Nomsa line you will see lots of sterling silver, 14K gold filled, Swarovski crystals, freshwater pearls, vintage czech glass, fancy gemstones and vintage lockets. Ashlee makes only things that she wants to wear.  She uses repurposed and found materials in her line, including unique vintage charms.

(mirabilia) is a completely handmade jewelry company owned and operated by Whitney K Edenfield. Every piece comes with her love, her blood, and her history woven into its design. Wearing mirabilia intertwines these things with your style and hopefully your heart. Supporting small, handmade artists forges a community based on truth and beauty instead of money and persuasion. We create art to continue our journey beyond the borders of ourselves; be a part of that story.

The name (mirabilia) comes from the power that special objects have to transform our perception in life.Every stone, shell, trinket, and piece of glass has been on a journey and though my hands shape their tale, they are really pieces of ourselves that we have lost, and we wear them to make us whole.

(mirabilia) is about finding beauty in ordinary things, inspiring wonder at the world around us.This is what Whitney's art has done for her, and it is her charge to tell the stories of these pieces and then send them on their way.

Whitney has lived in the city for the past ten years but grew up on a small island in south Georgia, surrounded by woods and, of course, the ocean. A love of the natural world is ingrained in her, it’s a part of everything she creates. Her favorite items are from that world, and are often not traditionally considered “beautiful.” Bones, teeth, broken glass, to juxtapose these somewhat morbid things against a colorful stone or a delicate chain challenges our perceptions of beauty. That duality, the balance of everything, is what inspires Whitney most.

Matt is driven by relationships and hopes that comes out in his work as a furniture builder and artist. Matt loves what he does and loves his life.
