Groaning he nodded, “Fine. GIve me a minute.” Alex slowly stalked into the bathroom and changed into some jeans and a black tee before coming out.

She waited patiently, rocking back on forth on her heels in the young man's doorway. She mused, "Marvelous," and then began the journey down the stairs when he came out, assuming he would be following. "I'm Madilyn, by the way," she threw over her shoulder.

"Well then," said mused with a smile, "I would suggest changing out of your pj's and then we can go."

Static laughed again. “Great.” He finished off his fries and sliding off the edge of the building. Now, to most it must look like he was crazy, but he was barely freefalling two seconds before his hands lit up and his static saucer caught him, lowering him the rest of the way to the ground.

"Okay," stated Madilyn, watching him display his powers so openly, "what's your story kid?" Was he a mutant as well, or just a matter of circumstance?"

He laughed good naturedly. “If ya want. Always nice to meet someone who’s not a cop or supervillain in costume.” Static was pretty laid back, even by Superhero standards. At least, as long as no one was causing trouble or trying to kill him.

"Names Static. I’m the local superhero. Aka, the guy everyone wants to waste." He joked.

"Oh, but how do you know I'm not?" she joked, throwing in a dramatic pause before throwing out a light laugh. She thought she was funny at least. 

As he introduced himself, she had a brief moment of, "is this kid for real?", but decided to humor his day-saving alter-ego. "I'm Madilyn, or Maddy, whichever you prefer. Not planning on wasting you anytime so, at least, not at the moment," she joked yet again.
