you can handle the seasons of your life.
nature’s seasons are the ones that most often come to mind at the mention of “seasons.” fall turns to winter, winter to spring, spring to summer, and summer to fall, again and again and again. as we write this, we are leaving behind the dog days of summer and entering that crispy, golden feeling that belongs distinctly to autumn. just like that—no fuss, no hustle, just nature doin’ her thing and minding her own business. no matter what is going on in our little human lives, the leaves will turn golden in the fall and green again in the spring. it is predictable—familiar, even. we don’t even have to lift a finger: nature knows what to do and when to do it. as human beings, we are intrinsically a part of, and belonging to, nature. the same intelligence that tells the flower when to bloom and the tree when to grow exists in us, too. there is a rhythm to the way that our lives unfold.
