Just in time for Xmas!! A Chocolate Vanilla Rum Stout....brewed back on Oct 16/17. It’s just ridiculous🤪how smooth and boozey this sweet little stout has become...😋 After primary fermentation, I racked it into secondary with semi sweet chocolate and vanilla bean. A week in with those flavours....and it was begging to be carbed. But the final touch was the @_havanaclub rum I used to dissolve the priming sugar. The result...pure chocolatey, boozey bliss. Thank you to @_leaanne_ for helping me brew this gem. A big thank you goes to @krysya and all my friends for the positive feedback on this brew.
