The pair went over the plan of what they would do once they got to Uzushiogakure, with Naruto reminding her that it was a land of exiled criminals, so they had to be careful about their identities. There was a place in the capital that was safe and they could be more relaxed, but only because Naruto had connections there that would help to conceal their identities while they continued their investigation. Sai would be briefed on the way there, since he was busy with his agents trying to track down the perpetrator who hurt Yuzuru. I think that’s a good choice.” “Not if she somehow finds out he’s following her.” “He was a ronin for many years. I think he’ll be okay.” “And Yuzuru…” “We’ll have updates. Even if not by our phones, Shikamaru will get word to us.” “Then we should start preparing.” Naruto smiled. “I’ve been wondering when I’d see that fire in your eyes come back.” “What can I say?” Sakura laughed. “This is the stuff that gets you fired up too, right?” “You know it!”
