omg the parallel between thalia and percy and how annabeth and grover were forced to the sidelines as their friend–both forbidden kids–fight the monster/s to save them and how both thalia and percy get help from their godly parent but while zeus interfered way too late and did way too little, poseidon’s help actually holds weight in saving percy. i’m crying omg, annabeth and grover must be losing their shit, thinking this is thalia all over again.
