Just found out you're making a Naboo world, want to say I'm excited for when you eventually finish (or not) and release it! whether it takes a couple of months or another couple years, I'm excited to play on it,, even if it's just beta lol' I love the SW prequels and I want to get on with playing the ideal "what if Anakin never turned to the dark side and he and Padmé were happily ever after with their two lil' kids" scenario in a pretty SW world <33

YESSS that was the main reason I started building Naboo! If Anakin and Padme couldn’t have their happily ever after in the movies then I’ll just do it in the sims 😭 I’ve just been busy with school and life but I’ll post a Naboo update this weekend ❤️

⚔️TROST UPDATE⚔️

Finally finished a chunk of Trost! It took awhile because I was trying to figure out how the buildings should look in ts3, making cc objects (like the decor arches, garrison roof decor, retaining walls), and figuring out a layout that felt natural. After multiple revisions, I was able to build the exteriors for a journalist/business building, consignment store, hospital, bar, and started the garrison regiment headquarters (still need to make cc for the top tower). I will make a more detailed post once I finish doing the interiors. Previously, I made stone corner objects for the buildings but I didn’t want to use too much cc so I’m just using a wallpaper from LN. Also, as you can see from the top view shot, this is a total of 5 large lots because that seemed more logical than having multiple small lots (hopefully this is more game friendly too). To put it into perspective, within these 5 lots, 1-2 buildings are accessible/functional and the rest within that lot are empty.These are all community lots, so I think I’m gonna work on residential/apartment lots next.Things will probably be moving more quickly because I have finalized a design style for the buildings which I made sure to look at reference photos from the anime and AOT game. Hopefully I will be more consistent with updates after my finals so I can make more progress on this big passion project of mine ❤️

⚔️TROST UPDATE⚔️

If anyone has any suggestions for what kind of community lots I should add they would be greatly appreciated! I’m not sure what Trost citizens did for fun (life in Attack on Titan is rough), but I plan on adding a bunch of bars/taverns where they can drink their sorrows away and forget about titans lol.

Building worlds in the sims 3 is so hard. You really have to be a city planner, architect, interior designer, and understand the game mechanics to create a world. Anyways I will post an update on my Trost world tmrw, but I’ve been hesitant because I have a bad habit of redoing the same buildings 8+ times😭. I’m experiencing the law of diminishing returns but I can’t help being a perfectionist.

If you’re talking about my Naboo world then no you can’t download it. This is because it’s unfinished and is pretty much empty.

It’s Here! 

Converted from the Sims 4 Snowy Escape debug buildings to use for CAW and Edit World. I wanted them for a world project I’m working on and I figured others wanted it too!

Originally I was having Problems with converting the Apartments but with the help of @hydrangeachainsaw and using @aroundthesims City Living Conversions as a Base, I was able to convert them!

Comes with 21 Deco Buildings around 5k polys (remember these are Large Objects and low poly for what they are.)

I didn’t convert the ski related buildings since they were converted by Around the Sims HERE

I Made some corner stone columns and cornices. It was a struggle making them look proper in game 😣, but it was worth it because they make buildings look way more 3D!

Attack on Titan Trost World Wip 1/8/2022

Since tomorrow is when Attack on Titan is coming back I wanted to post a wip of Trost! I’ve worked more on the landscape and towns inside wall rose instead of focusing on the actual city, but I finally came up with a city layout after looking at the AOT game maps. Right now I’m adding curb sidewalks to make the city roads look more like roads (This is so tedious but I love the look of it). I’m very motivated right now and relieved that I have a plan for how the actual city will be formatted.

WIP Trost District To celebrate Attack on Titan ending in January I wanted to make a sims world of my favorite district :) It’s completely bare bones right now and I’m working on the distant terrain as I speak. Surprisingly easier to build and can’t wait to start adding medieval styled buildings! Things I plan on adding: Old Survey Corps HQ, the training grounds, Ragako Village, Castle Utgard, and mines & forests

I’m Back...

Hi guys! I finally got back into playing the sims (life got crazy and college sucks). I probably won’t finish Naboo anytime soon. I literally have no idea how to design the city layout and I am feeling burned out. I am working on another world though and it’s based off of a certain district in an anime👀... Sorry once again for disappearing💞

anybody know how to fix this? I turned on boundary lines to check if any lots were crossing them, then turned them off but there are still lines all over my world... :(

Not Naboo related but I am trying out rotational gameplay for the first time and dang it is so much fun! I’m slowly renovating Praaven to my taste but this world is already drop dead gorgeous

Naboo Update!!

Hey guys! Just want to make a quick update on my progress with Naboo. So I managed to make a decent looking distant terrain (the world ends beyond where Varykino is at) and i’m really pleased with how it turned out. I wish I could show more of it but certain areas (like the plains) are not finished yet 🤫 I also managed to somehow fit those huge waterfalls where anakin and padme chatted about politics (so romantic). Next I added the Lianorm Swamp where I plan to build the Elders temple (The Elders were the head statues). I realize most of what I say won’t make any sense unless you are a huge star wars nerd like me and I did have to take a deep dive into star wars lore😅. But don’t worry, I will provide all the historical info into the lot descriptions and the museums. Anyways, with the plants and overall landscape i’m trying to combine a tropical/swampy and Italian feel. SO before I continue building lots I want to finalize my terrain editing.

Here is a list of things that i’m working on right now:

- Adding/redoing water planes and changing the opacity to 100%

-Painting rivers on the distant terrain so they connect with the water planes

-Finish terrain painting

-Adding the moons of Naboo

- Redo my models again 😭 (I need to make them more low poly and update the textures)

-Convert or make models of Naboo creatures and spacecraft

- I also plan on adding the ZEPHYR monorail system into Naboo because I think that would look awesome but I will need to do more research on this

-Make a youtube channel where I build the lots and do some tutorials...

I’ll do these updates more frequently because they really help motivate me ❤️

I had a small break in progress mainly because I was waiting for my new computer but now that I’ve got it I can’t stop playing Skyrim 😶
