Last week I got the opportunity to photograph Kerry Fiero, a music business professional, and also one of my instructors (SF State - Music Recording Industry Program), for an upcoming event at SF Jazz. She will be teaching a 4-class series entitled 'The Business of Music - Perspectives on an Ever-Changing Industy' in April 2015. To learn more about this event please visit SF Jazz. This photo session was a delight because it integrated two of my favorite things, music business and photography.

Regram from @bottomofthehillsf circa 1997. MB20 was the first concert my dad ever took me to. I'm not a hundred percent spiritual but the fact that bottom of hill posted this (after missing my dad a lot today) made me feel that he was looking down on me and wanted me to remember the good times. Miss you dad and thanks for sharing your love of music with me.

I am very honored that my image "Along the Waterfront Diptych #1" has been selected into Rakyo Photo Center's 8th Annual Juried Plastic Camera Show. The exhibition dates are March 11th - May 3rd, 2015 with an opening reception on Wednesday, March 11th from 6-8pm. March 11 also happens to be my late father's birthday and I cannot think of a better way to spend it. He would have been so proud.
