Olruggio is kind, almost to a fault, with a strong moral compass (even if those morals don't always align with society at large) but Qifrey... look at his face. He didn't even believe he and Olly were friends, but he was sobbing at the thought of Olly getting hurt because of him. He tried so hard to come across as cold, convinced that his lies would put a large enough wedge between them to finally dislodge olly from his side. so that he would not get hurt. Sweet, sweet boy who doesn't even know when his birthday is. You deserve the word.

This is such a BS that Qifrey, a guy who needs to be anxious to survive, has been cursed with the ability to see joy in the simple things in life.

He tries to be alone. Finds peace and serenity in nature.

Ok so he tries not to be alone. Finds a long lasting friendship which he cherish dearly.

Alright, let's try teaching. It's a stressful job and let's take in only a difficult misfits just to be sure. Ends up loving being a teacher and creates a found family with his friend and appreciates.

Imagine if Olruggio was first introduced to Coco when he came out of his room one morning to join Qifrey and the girls for breakfast.

He's exhausted because he's just got back from his previous clients and had little sleep from working on his latest commissions he just sits down at his place at the table and does a quick head count for all 5 of them.
