A single chair, with four walls, a floor, and a ceiling. There is exactly zero clues to be found in this room. It was absolutely empty.
(as Elara Sterling) Monomi-sama, I have just returned from Monobear's latest motive, freezing over the weather transmission station. How are you and Usami-sama feeling? Have you recovered? "I am sure she would appweciate the intention!! B...but Usami-chan is unable to see anyone at the moment... if.. if she needs help, I will wemember to call you first handedly!"
(as Elara) Then I shall alter our request; instead of coming in to speak with you, we would be willing to speak with you out here, Pink And White Nicer Stuffed Toy Monomi-sama. I have a question: the last person who might have occupied this room was a white-haired girl wearing a blue snow outfit. Are you a proxy for this girl, as Monobear is a proxy for Monokuma?

Makoto returns with Elara, knocking again on Monomi's door. "Yo, can we come in? We want to talk to you..."

Makoto knocks on the door to Monomi's room.
You wait a few long seconds, before a small toy-like rabbit opens the door halfway.
"Th... there's no one hewe... I-I'm sowwy Makoto-chan..."
"Usami-dono! Please, could you respond and come with me to Exus-dono? He needs medical treatment, but we do not have the right tools for it! It is urgent!"
Unfortunately, you hear no response from her. She seems to be nowhere to be found.
"Hm. So who is this food restocked by?"

"Hey Bunny-chan, do you know... where are extra blankets are? Or something? It's for something very important and it's a big need. Trust me. I'm sure in a place like this there is extras."
