So I think I got the two claims but!!! Here is where I’m stuck, it is no gijinka but more of an ‘illusion’ kinda thing goin on here cause psychic and ghost types are quite good at those, and being a legendary-- We’ve seen them do it before. Now it comes with, can they speak? Idk, they could and make interactions easier, but if it is more of an illusion, i don’t believe it could be capable of it.
