Addiction

You used to enjoy working out ,you were one of those gym rats,hitting the gym 6 days every week.

Then you discovered your passion for videogames,you started skipping the gym few days and ordering more junk food. These new habits started to reflect on your phisique.

You started playing more hour each day ,eating as you were gaming. One delivery each night wasn't enough anymore ,so you started having two. Love handles started blossoming on your side,bulging out the elastic band of your brief,your pecs were now soft and blurried in fat.

Was it a month or two ? When was the last time you did workout? You don't remember,but you don't cate either. Your life has reduced to working and playing videogames until late in the night,with your mouth always busy chewing.

You decided to start streaming and some people started watching you play and some watched you eat

I don't know what was your biggest mistake...maybe quitting yout job ? Or maybe linking the food delivery to your streaming channel.... But you ended up at home playing almost 22h each day and people just kept ordering food for you. And you couldn't refuse,you just couldn't stop.

Your body has changed so much in the last month... Who could ever guess you used to workout almost every day? Now you are just addicted to videogames ,addicted to food.

What the next months will do you ? Will you be able to stop yourself ?
