I can't sleep again. I keep replaying everything that's happened this past month. I can't stop replaying it over and over. I feel so frustrated and so angry, wishing I could tell someone and wishing I could go back in time and change everything. Change your choices. I wish I could turn back time. Watching you go and hearing my sisters and my mom cry like that...I can't stop replaying everything. The domino effect. Losing everything after you. Somehow I feel lost. As if I'm going through my daily life without moving. I'm working but I'm not moving. I'm smiling but I'm not moving. Every time I laugh I replay everything all over again and I become quiet. I don't feel like myself. I keep distracting myself but it still feels like I'm not moving. I can't sleep. I need to sleep.

I allow my mind to suppress it to temporarily protect myself from breaking down. But I just really hate every holiday I see around the corner now. Every event. Every patient at my fucking job.
