Award winning bakers, Henry Davis & Sons, had outlets in Week Street and Allen Street in the late 1800s. The family ran the bakery for generations and a descendant recently shared this wonderful picture of one of their delivery carts. She remembers the bakery taking people’s Christmas turkeys in for cooking at the bakery.
