First things first, this happened last year, November 2022. I am just posting this right now because I literally forgot that I have a blog that I also made last year but a lot of things unexpectedly happened that I totally forgot that this little space of mine did exist. Hahaha!
Btw, moving forward, I just want to share the first ever concert that I have attended in my entire life. I thought a Korean group will do that but I was wrong.
But LANY did that. They took my concert virginity and I will never ever regret how much I spent to attend their concert.
It was November 15, we attended their 4th-day concert here in PH. This A November 2022 To Remember was a 5-day LANY Concert.
Since 2018, LANY's songs already have a special place in my heart Finally, I was able to attend their concert. This is also my first ever concert, ever -and this is what makes it more special.
Almost two hours of music and great performance, years of memories. This was definitely a November 2022 To Remember for me.
I wish some nights lasted forever, but I promise to see your performance again. ๐น๐๐
It's been four years since my last major hike and it was in Mt. Ulap, Itogon Benguet. I was 26 years old that time.
Time flies so fast! Pandemic and lockdown happened, and now even though that Covid is still present, alert level already shifts down to level 1 and most places don't have restrictions at all besides wearing facemasks and showing your vaccination card, thus I have decided to do something different for my birthday.
I mean, I just want to celebrate for making another trip around the sun! So this time, to celebrate my three sparkling decades around the sun, I joined this minor hike event @ Tanay, Rizal!
Originally, I opted to go Dingalan, Aurora for my birthday but it got cancelled due to lack of participants. So the travel coordinator whom I talked to gave me two options; Calatagan, Batangas or Rock of Pegasus in Tanay, Rizal. In the end, I chose the Rock of Pegasus.
12:00 AM, pick up point @ Jollibee Junction Alabang and we also fetched the others who will join the tour.
Around 2 am we were already in Tanay. Actually I forgot the name of the Sitio where we stayed and slept for a few hours.
Around 5 am, we started to hike. It just took us not more than an hour to reach the campsite! I guess we were fast and we really wanted to see the sunrise, and guess what? We were the only tourists that day! Imagine, we all had the time in the world to take pictures without worrying about the time and we do not need to fall in line to wait for our turn!
They have campsites, too! You can spend your a night or two with your friends here.
Believe me, this is just a minor hike and really good for beginners who likes chill and not so tiring climb!
This was the first time I celebrated my birthday, differently. I was in the mountain, it felt so refreshing, and It felt - home.
Belated Happy 30th Birthday to me, and many more mountains to climb! Cheers!
