As we discussed earlier, several positive articles were posted in China—most notably by state media (NDRC). While it's amazing that they recognized our movement, petitions, and donations, there is something even more important that they mentioned: the importance of the international market.

China has long been a isolationist country—they fall behind Japan and South Korea when it comes to being part of the global economy. They focus on their domestic market far more than the international one. Because of this article, the way China views and treats the international market could very well change forever.

The article acknowledges that we account for nearly 50% of Infold's revenue, and it emphasizes the importance of maintaining that. We brought that to their attention. People from all over the world banded together around a common goal, and China noticed.

Basically, the decision rests entirely on Infold now. Valko is quite literally the first character to have government backing. That's crazy.

But, this article gave something vital to this protest. Well, several things, really.

Hope. This gave our community the push it needed to reignite.

Attention. We've been noticed, and we're still being watched.

Recognition. Our hard work—signing petitions, donating to various causes, banding together on social media—has finally been recognized.

Beyond that, it's given us—and Infold—a path forward. Here's something on Reddit that I found that I want to discuss:

Several things to point out here:

It gives Infold the green light to move forward, as the government has found no issues with their work.

It clears Valko's name. It helps to dispel the rumors and misinformation that were spreading since his announcement.

It makes the smear campaign articles—for all intents and purposes—illegal. Not only are they perpetuating blatantly false information, but they're also directly contradicting the state media. That's not a wise decision in China.

Now, how Infold decides to move forward is still a mystery to us. I imagine they're likely neck-deep in a legal battle, but we don't have any way to know what's truly going on behind the scenes. We can only hope that they hear us, and that they make the right decision: to listen.

Going Forward

Don't get me wrong, today was a massive win for us. But this is far from the finish line.

Think of the situation as a war. Everything we have done so far was simply us breaking into the walls of the city. Now that we're in, we have to lay siege to it. The fight doesn't stop here.

Keep posting, keep protesting, keep signing the petitions. We have to be as loud as we can. We've been noticed, and we're actively being watched. Now is the time for us to truly make our voices heard.

Antis are still working against us, but there's very little they can do to combat their own government. It's not even wise to try, but they're going to. Don't get discouraged, don't get distracted, and keep pushing.

Holding pinkies while taking a walk

Sylus: it's not like he doesn't hold your whole hand (he insists on doing so, even), it's just... that holding such a tiny part of you, that's unwilling to let him go, it's almost electrifying. If you seek his pinky first, he won't admit it, but the tip of his ears gets a little red.

Caleb: holding your hand is also a natural thing for Caleb, and you've been doing it since you were kids. While crossing the street, taking a walk in the park, or simply watching TV together, somehow your or his hand reached for the other's. But as you two grew up, holding hands became more intimate in the eyes of others. So, when you two wanted to avoid awkward questions or looks, you'd seek each other's pinkies and discreetly keep each other close.

Playful headbutts

Zayne: while waiting in line or standing close to each other, he suddenly leans his body to the side and gives your head a little bump, looking straight all the time. It's a cutesy way to kill boredom and, if you do the same, he smiles a little. It doesn't matter if you can only reach his shoulder or his head, bumping into each other is somehow amusing for him.

Xavier: he does it the most when he wants your attention. Let's say you're both drinking with colleagues, and you've been distracted or too engrossed with your friend's chatter, that's the moment when you feel a little bump from your side. He'd be looking at you with doe eyes while his hand supports his head. He wants you to look at him sooo bad, and it works. He also does it when you're sitting together on the bed or couch, it's past your bedtime and he quietly reminds you to go rest.

Hip bumps

Rafayel: also a way to kill boredom, or to tease you. He does it the most when you're both in front of the bathroom mirror, brushing your teeth or hair. Starts with a gentle push, barely swaying your body, but of course you push him back, so it escalates. Never strong enough to make you fall, but enough to make you stumble a couple of steps as you lose balance. Loooves and bursts out laughing if you get mad and rely on actually pushing him with your arms.

Randomly play fight

Caleb: another habit from childhood. You want to tickle him, he defends himself, you grab each other's hands, push and pull, he tries to make you trip a little with his legs (he always catches you !!), you pull his arm, and suddenly he has you pinned down on the bed/sofa, both of you giggling. While growing up, he might've accidentally hurt you, something you laughed off because you knew it wasn't intentional, but he still learnt to measure his strength around you.

Poke you out of nowhere

Xavier: it's his version of play fights. Since he likes to pull pranks, he tends to poke the small of your back when you're distracted, sometimes making you yelp, then your sides or cheeks. It can turn into a tickle war easily.

Rafayel: pokes your shoulder and acts as if he doesn't know anything, and somehow it always works because he only does it at his exhibitions, so there are a lot of people who randomly pat your shoulder to get your attention, but when he is barely containing his giggles, that's when you smack his arm.

GOOD NEWS ‼️ for me at least... i managed to install the new update! and after trying out many things (thank u to the anon who guided me, too!) i even managed to keep +50 gbs free (more than i had before), I feel satisfied.

however, if the updates continue to be this big, I'll probably be forced to stop playing altogether, but for now, it's still possible. (૭ ｡•̀ ᵕ •́｡ )૭

My Ipad gave up since last year and now i'm watching everything on youtube :(

Temporarily uninstall other large apps (like social media or secondary games) to free up the 27 GB buffer required for the update. Once Love and Deepspace finishes decompressing, it will shrink back down, allowing you to reinstall your other apps. If you are using a PC emulator like MuMuPlayer, make sure your settings are configured under Performance > GPU Rendering Mode > Vulkan

There is also the Quick Cleanup button and managed resource

However, I'm starting to really consider not playing anymore and uninstalling the emulator (I've been using Mumu since 2025).

I just checked, and the emulator takes up a little over 80 gigabytes on my laptop. Between everything else I have on my laptop, I only have 30 GB free. Technically, it's enough to install the update, but there were several details that worried me:

how much my computer got hot.

how slow it became at times.

the battery drain (even though I used it while charging, I don't feel it was ideal).

etc.

LADS, with all due respect, does not warrant this excessive amount of storage and resources. My laptop is my work tool for university, besides, I wouldn't want to overtax it with ANOTHER update.

Edit: I didn't notice I posted this last night, I was about to fall asleep.

I also wanted to say that maybe it's for the best. I knew sooner or later this would happen, because infold just keeps increasing the weight of the updates.

I'm really sad, I won't lie.
