Imagine if Hawkeye was the one that got to leave instead of Trapper.
1. Hawkeye also fails to leave a note goodbye, but he leaves his blue Hawaiian shirt. Trapper's yellow one is mysteriously missing. I think rather than going to Kimpo Trapper gets depressed until BJ shows up, and even then it takes awhile for him to warm up. He's a little less willing to open his heart after his best friend leaves. He cheers up when Hawkeye mails him and BJ is a good guy so they do click eventually.
2. Trapper gets so much mail. Hawkeye subscribes him to the Crabapple Courier. He sends treats and jokes. Good booze one day and a dead fish another day. Radar begs Trapper to please reign him in. Hawkeye writes as much as Peg writes B.J. At first B.J. thinks the letters and gifts are from Louise. Trapper replies with something like: my wife has much better taste. My mistress on the other hand...
3. You thought the Trapper Complex was bad. Hawkeye was the chief surgeon and no one EVER shuts up about him both socially and professionally. Even Frank will do it in his own backhanded way. The Hawkeye Complex has its own gravitational field.

4. Frank amazingly becomes chief surgeon because Potter thinks it makes sense to do it by rank and immediately regrets it. Has to basically fill the role himself until Frank leaves and before Winchester arrives. He gives it to Trapper which immediately causes friction with BJ who thinks Trapper shouldn't get it just because he's been here longest. This is made worse by Trapper being ambivalent and not the least bit competitive.
5. Trapbeej friendship dynamic is way less internal squabbles than Beejhawk, way more torture of Frank. Trapper is kind of surprised that Hawkeye was the voice of reason in retrospect because it did not seem like he was until Frank wakes up on top of the hospital in Klinger's negligee one day. Despite being Frank's main antagonist, Hawkeye also had an equalizing effect on BJ and Trapper. Trapbeej together is like turning up the volume. It's because of BJ's fraternity background paired with Trapper's football background it makes em a little nastier. Rip Frank.
6. Trapper doesn't offer information about himself easily and BJ bottles things up. Trapper is less inclined to push BJ into confrontations, BJ is committed to the bit of being Mr. Nice Guy. They get along well, stick together, do bits, but the few fights they get into are long and nastier than either would have had with Hawkeye. BJ's self-pity over missing his family and taking it out on everyone is even harder to swallow for Trapper who has been there for years and also has a family. Which in turn has BJ mad because of Trapper's chronic cheating seeing it as Trapper not appreciating them and saying things that imply he thinks he loves Peg more than Trapper loves Louise because he's loyal (even with his affair still taking place.) It takes a lot to really piss off Trapper so yeah, I think it gets bad and other parties have to intervene to help them make up.
7. There would be a weird Dartmouth vs Harvard rivalry thing with Trapper and Charles. BJ is surprised because usually Trapper isn't particularly competitive. Charles being from Beacon Hill does not help. The GFA storyline probably has both of them with their names forward as chief of thoracics at Boston Mercy. This isn't to say they hate each other, but it's a side of Trapper that is rarely seen.
8. I just had the thought of Hawkeye starting to write BJ too since he's his replacement. Hawkeye is bored. He wasn't as screwed up by the war as canon but he still watched his childhood friend die on his table. He is trying the small town doctor thing as he works through his issues. His dad starts leaving out travel brochures after two months. BJ is not enthusiastic about his new penpal. He also apparently has no choice because Pierce will write him whether he replies or not. Not even about interesting things, just whatever seems to be on his mind at any given moment, or about the numerous projects he starts and abandons with his free time. He sends the swamp rats one of his insomnia birdhouses. It doesn't have a hole for the bird to get into.
Trapper (fond): you should meet him in real life. Never shuts his mouth.
Who do you think has the biggest dick among constructicons (both human and robot forms). It kinda cracks me up that logically it might be a competition between Bonecrusher and Longhaul BUT JUST ONE CHANCE for Scrapper with goddamn huge leaderass dick or Scavenger who is a shy but actually has a certified assbreaker jajajaajsjajja
Okay I’m answering this at last. I’ve written one fic where I talked abt spikes but that was NOT the main focus of it (if u know u know)
Also I have a ton of like. functionalismness added ibto this which IS in a fic. I think that a lot of these cold construct bots have spikes BECAUSE they are considered sex toys for their foremen/owners.
I think Bonecrusher has the biggest spike of them all. Idk if he was BUILT with it or got an upgrade later. I think it’s fairly well built all around.
I think Scrapper is rhe next biggest. Him, Mixmaster and Scavenger all have pretty decently average lengths. Hook as well, but I think his is a little wider than the others.
Unfortunately it IS attractive for the biggest to have the smallest spike. Okay don’t come at me it’s GREAT. Long Haul’s is small but thicker than the rest. Love that.

WHAT THE FUCK! Dude the double take I had when first watching this.
So he looked at Kelo’s… lower half and basically said ‘Cole shut up that man’s crotch is too close’. And not in Jay joking tone, he’s like dead serious and stressed. (The scene just cuts away after)
Jay you ok? Why is it implied some guy might have tried something?! Why else would he say that?! Who the FUCK touched my boi? What even is this scene?!
The fact it’s Jay that said it out of everyone is bad because it’s been implied to him before.
So let’s talk about the darkest Ninjago theory that’s been quietly circulating for a while in fan content. For simplicity I’ll call it captains quarters theory, If you’re unfamiliar I’ll explain.
Basically some speculation happened because of a certain villain that displayed subtle ongoing predatory behavior. And a part when Jay was his prisoner that caused people to worry what happened before the scene started.
As some of you have caught on It’s the scene where Cole rescues Jay from Misfortunes Keep.
He didn’t find Jay in his cell where he should have.
Cole found him beaten as ninjago has ever depicted except when literally dying.

Doing awful things to make Jay wish it all away is terrifyingly in Nadakhan’s character. Not just the sadistic torture part.
Nadakhan has many behaviors similar to a sexual predator. I’ll go over it briefly but see my last post for a detailed analysis.
He Seeks out vulnerable people for victims. The Ninja are teens and he waits till or makes them emotionally vulnerable. The way he talks about gifting his wishes and giving his victims anything they desire can be read as grooming behavior. His secrecy in getting all the ninja alone and doesn’t even talk to his crew about his plans. Manipulative and Controlling obviously.
And the most glaring issues he’s WAY tooo fucking touchy all the time. Like watch his body language during Skybound and see how uncomfortable it is

Not to mention how explicitly he doesn’t care about consent….
And “If you don’t come willingly Nya, I will take you regardless” followed by a forced marriage.
Side note he doesn’t refers to Jay with his name and the things he calls him…uggh “What lies is our little canary whistling now, hmm?”
So… It’s cannon compliant that something was attempted or happened to Jay. Bruh wtf.

Again about bless you Hawkeye, it's so painfully obvious that him repressing the bad memories about Billy is alluding to CSA/COCSA.
In csa situations, children will repress bad memories about people who hurt them and delude themselves into thinking everything they've done is out of the kindness in their hearts and because they care. Hawkeye going on and on about how Billy was "just messing around" and "it was just a joke" and then going on to say how Billy put the blame onto Hawk, calling him clumsy and saying he'd be dead without him, after he pushed him in is scarily close to how kids will be told that everything they went through were just games and how they were the ones who 'asked' or 'wanted' it to happen to them.
In regards to cocsa, Hawk likely would have repressed the memories of Billy hurting him because 1) Billy was just a child like him, and 2) he saw Billy as an older brother figure. He can't just hate Billy for what he had done because he too was a victim of whoever hurt him, and even if he was older, he's a kid nonetheless. It's easier for Hawkeye to remember the scene as self-inflicted because if he has to come to terms with the fact Billy was the perpetrator, he also has to accept that Billy isn't just his big brother anymore. That he was hurt by someone he fully trusted and that they can't go back to just being little kids playing around.
I'm so glad other people saw what I did because it does make sense and it's another great example of how men in media will downplay their own trauma out of fear what they went through isn't as serious as others. Hawk covered up everything we went through because he was so scared of having to accept Billy was in the wrong, terrified of having to accept what happened to him wasn't an act of love. He's so well written and I really love him jesus christ
