How does he fit in his clothes? Are they ordinary clothes for humans?

My neck size is the same as a man’s small so I wear menswear clothing in a size S for the photo shoots- the assistants pin the back and smooth the surface so all’s in the right place. For appearances, I have a personal tailor who makes custom jackets and shirts for my measurements, like so:
