theory is basically that Blackrock keeps Icedagger in captivity to harvest her her abilities and yada yada yada .
possibly to keep Blackrock snowy and cold .
oki HC about the warming of the Inpherno ::
the Inpherno is js constantly getting warmer and warmer (GLOBAL WARMING YIPPIEE) ,,
Blackrock extremely worries about it ,, the Korblox administration doesnt want the people to see the sun ;;_;;
Craterdust capital becomes FUCKING unbearable in the summer ,, you are getting GRILLED
Splintered Skies stays chilly nearly all year around bcuz of the winds ,, but in summer it gets a bit warmer ,, pretty nice actually
Lost Temple is grilling all year round ,, but it has been getting to the point ,, where inphernals who are USED to the heat find it worse and worse .
Thieves' Den is humid as hell ,, but from the rising tempreatures in the Inpherno is getting more and more dry ,, and there had been some wildfires and they had been getting more and more frequent ;;_;;
Crossroad has a nice tempreature all year around ,, it only changed a bit if it's winter/summer ,, though it has been raising through out the years
oki more Blackrock HCs ::
- they build INSIDE the MOUNTAINS ,, so most of their cities are built in the moutains ,, hence why most inphernals from BR. have never seen the sun (Subspace's ingame dialaog in Crossroads)
- (we support the transgear HC we read here some time ago ,, so expending a bit on that) BR. doesnt really like transgear inphernals ,, but more of in the "sure you cant function normally with your current gear ,, so you may transition gears ,, but everyone is now going to be passive-aggressive towards you now"
oh yeah ,, we ran out of BR. HCs .
WELL ITS TANGENT TIME!! ::
transitioning gears takes time ,, and it basically dissipiates from the individual ,, leaving them gearless before they start "training" themselves (similar to vocal cord training for an exmap.) to try and use the gear they wish to transition to
many transgear inphernals have to do this by themselves ,, but there is a possibility to go to specific proffesionals to get help with this
also i dont remember where we saw this ,, but that regular pronouns are gendered and inphernals have no genders so that they should have neopronouns based on their gears ,, BUT! i propose:
1st set: pronouns based on GEAR .
- this is what they would use based on gear classification ,, and is mainly for medical reasons
- gear based pronouns can also used in formal settings
meelee: phe/pher/phers/pherself
range: phe/phim/phis/phimself
support: phey/phem/pheir/pheirs/pheirself
2nd set: SOCIAL PRONOUNS . - this is for basically social stuffs ,, such as when your friends yap about you !! and inphernal changing their social pronouns is very common ,, so noone overthinks it :D
- these ones can be basically ANYTHING !! whatever the specific individual prefers ,, is what they go by !
common ones: she/her ,, he/him ,, they/them ,, it/its
still somewhat common: color based ones (green/greens ,, purple/purples) ,, nature/space/tech based ones (plant/plants ,, star/stars ,, byte/bytes)
uncommon: aesthetic/special interest based ones (cute/cutes ,, kandi/kandis)
+3rd set: ASSOCIATION based pronouns .
- havent really come up with anything for this one ,, but basically ::
- well respected (or just famous) groups/affiliations/organizations have their own sets of pronouns to mark them apart of whatever group they are
- most of the time it's used in plural
- it acts as a title when used for one person
