My headcanon is that Tatl doesn't learn Link's name until the end of the first dungeon (she never asks for it, doesn't say his name until the end of the game, and the first non-optional conversation that mentions Link's name is with the Deku Princess after Tatl apologizes)

I like to think that Ganondorf/Impa/Sheik do exist in Termina as people for the fishing holes (since there were apparently concept for those), Ganondorf in the Swamp Fishing Hole to be closer to his mother's, Impa at the Ocean Fishing Hole, and Sheik as just a like traveller. They all just happened to be away on those three days.

(also, termina Sheik as just a traveller matches up with my Kafei is link's counterpart since it's a little bit of a role swap.

This has probably been mentioned before but Link's Termina Counterpart (or at least one of them) is Kafei considering the whole physical age change nonsense both go through

That makes sense, given that the general consensus is that Termina is a parallel, which clashes with my own headcanon of it being another country in the same world, but I digress.

The goddess Hylia has no claim to Termina whatsoever, as Termina’s pantheon pushed her out. However, the people do not know or remember any of this, and Majora and the Fierce Deity are both angry gods warped by the sting of being sealed away and forgotten.

This probably doesn't make sense when it starts getting applied to the other games but I have a headcanon that the Termina counterparts of the Gerudo are the Sheikah, this knowledge has been lost to time since a lot of Gerudo moved over to Termina to leave the harsh desert and a lot of Sheikah moved to Hyrule to work for the royal family

That is an interesting theory, I never actually considered the Gerudo and Sheikah to be counter-parts to each other. But, it does have solid footing with the Garo Soldiers appearing out of thin air like the Sheikah tend to do.

Headcanon that the great fairies are actually multiple fairies merged into one form for a significant power upgrade the down side is that they became a hive mind and are usually powered by like tunes in the location they were formed, which is why there aren't a lot of Great Fairies and why they're usually only in one place, plus explains how they coulda been split into stray fairies in mm

Okay, first of all, sorry for the really late response.

Second of all, So Great Fairies are basically bees?

Probably not what you meant, but it makes sense given how powerful they are.

...but where do all the pre-great fairies come from? Are they just normal fairies that got too close to each other or did one fairy just divide itself until there was enough of it to make a Great Fairy?
