12 months later

You recently told me that I don't post anything worth looking at on here. If you'd only known the dedication I was planning on writing for you. April 24 2015, a day that I will forever remember. You know why. Here I am a year later, at 1.48am thinking of you. You've not spoken to me in a few days, but that's okay, I guess I've got used to the gaps in time. I wonder sometimes if you stay up into the middle of the night thinking about me, or wondering how I am. I'd hoped by now that I'd have gotten to see the galaxies in your eyes, and felt your skin touch mine. But it looks like I'll not get to do those things. Maybe I'm not worthy of it, but I don't know how to be. My heart breaks with the confusion you often leave me in, a part of me believes you still feel the emotions that meant you fell asleep on the phone with me. A part of me despairs when you're not there. Maybe, as I've been in bed all week recovering, I've watched too much Once Upon a Time and believe strongly in the notion that love is something that cannot be forgotten. But maybe that's something that belongs in fairytales after all I love you. It's not something I can change, and I say it to the sky every morning, hoping you'll hear it, just in case I never get to tell you it again. I can't forget you. I hope, as you meet new people, share emotions with them, create memories, I hope you stop, and think of the memories you've missed with me. I'm not much, but I would have been yours. This is for you, you are my tumblr girl, and I wanted you to see that I still think you're beautiful, funny and smart. A text from you makes me smile, I just wish it happened more often. I miss you.
