Protein Dinner 1. slice a Sweet potatoe 2. Place on baking sheet and dripple with olive oil - season with salt, pepper and thyme 3. bake for 20 minutes 4. serve with cottage cheese
Fast and easy protein lunch! 1. slice some (protein) bread about 1 inch thick 2. punch holes in the middle 3. place in hot pan and pour an egg in the hole 4. fry from both sides 5. serve with a salad of your choice

Inspiration comes from various places. Motivation is a strange and sometimes cruel thing. It can never be given, nor can it be stolen. It has to come from within yourself. From what it builds up is different from person to person. Sometimes it's the hot guy you want to impress, the people you want to prove wrong, the mirror that wants to see you smile instead of cry. Sometimes a new pair of training shoes or a new sports bra can do the trick and will make you workout just because you want to wear them. I experienced all of those situation and so many more, often in combination. My current one is one of my favorite. Beach vacation. I am planning a trip to Mauritius with my boyfriend. Picked one bikini I imagine myself by his side on the beach after a great round of golf and looking super hot. This simple image in my head makes my heart pound and my feet feeling tingly. One of the most beautiful sceneries in the world and I want to do it justice. In a few years I want to look at the pictures we will be taking and don't want to feel regret. Regret, that I didn't work harder to make the memories even more amazing. I want to make myself proud of me.

the body is an amazing thing. the mind is just as amazing as its shell. for today's workout I pulled out my playlist from pretty exactly two years ago. when every day was exiting and my days were filled with butterflies and a bouncing heart. the second I heard the first few sounds my mood was taking off. it was like my mind had memorized the feeling connected to the music so well that it was just taking over my body causing an instant rush of excitement. it's just the same thing with workouts. this was my first serious workout for quite a while but my body just knows so well that it's exactly what I need. yes, the first few workouts are always hard. they hurt. they make you shaky. but the feeling after the shower is just unbeatable. new goals set. ready, steady, START.
Losing it
emotionally drained - hanging in mid-air - confused - shattered - emotionally tortured - drifting away from comfort and security But feeling my muscles ache makes me feel alive for a moment.
Especially when no one is watching. Think about what you really want, make your decision and act like it.
Low Carb Vegan Breakfast Muffins
You will need:Â
3 Ripe Bananas – mix them up until smooth
1 cup chia seeds (not nessasary but add additional protein)
1 cup sliced almonds
dash of cinnamon (to speed up metabolism)
5 - 8 cups oats (I usually use a mix of rough cut and fine ones) – precise amount will vary depending on the size of the bananas – constancy is fine when the batter is more sticky than liquid
(frozen) berries to taste
Mix everything up in said order. Fill the batter in some cupcake liners (silicone works best – paper is also fine). Bake every for ca. 25-30 minutes until the tops turn slightly brown. Let them cool down before eating.
I usually take one to go for breakfast as you can prepare them for the whole week up front. Super easy and healthy breakfast! Enjoy!
