Started the project of renovating Riverview , lot by lot , without using custom content - except for RH rugs - . I’m also going to be using some free Store items, from time to time. Once done (which should take a while, I’m taking it slow), there should be a save file with all of the makeovers, in the meantime here is the latest one.

Renovated on patch 1.67 -Originally in Riverview so best placed there - (Size: 60x60) - Residential lot -
Added a basement because it wasn't subterranean enough ;-P
There will be the Cottoneye Household (Hunter and his cat Auntie Sam) living there in the Save File.

No Store Item (except maybe a food bowl from Pets registration set but easily replaceable) , No CC

I use markers on my lots: skip level, hidden room, public room… So to be able to modify any of these buildings you need to have cheats on: ‘testingcheatsenabled true’, then ‘restrictbuildbuyinbuildings false’ To see/remove the markers you need ‘buydebug on.
Adele's Super Chouette for TS3
As promised, Adele's Super Chouette is ready for TS3. Everything is tested by Graf Sisters. The only problem that I can think of is that I had to clone an ITF table because I couldn't find another object with 4 mesh groups. So if you don't have ITF, the coffee tables may not appear in your game.
And If you're aware of any base game object with 4 mesh groups, please inform me so I can try to make a more BG-friendly coffee table.

The consignment store/jankyard which is actually a shipping company, which is actually a criminal hideout.
This is Bronson Littler, Deidre's older brother. He has asked out Laurel a couple of times and they always meet at Science Facility for some reason.
Laurel has become friends with Alexy, Polly's boyfriend and everytime she sees her flirt with an other sim she get's upset. You don't know how many times she got up early from sleeping because she saw(?) Polly flirting with someone else, like in this picture with Matty. Laurel acts as if Polly is cheating on her ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Damn Matty don't be so rude and laugh at Laurel for starving!
When Laurel doesn't eat from the bar of Waylon's haunt, from the food truck or free snacks from the venting machine, she grills mushrooms she finds while wondering in the city looking for scraps or metals to sell at the consignment store.

Laurel said, as a secret, that she finds the Overlook Point Subway, cool. It was a long trip but I thought it worth it, since she feels this way. Mick, joined us.
