If people put in the effort of creating something I'm not gonna let it get forgotten!
I save them on my computer, but I also print them out for my "fan art wall". 🙂 Gives me a little pick-me-up when I see them (sometimes more than a little!). Especially when I think about the fact that my characters and/or stories have inspired someone to be creative. ☺️

Today's audio is a short story by Donald Barthelme, originally published in 1973. I found it through a list of short stories people had posted that they'd read in school and that had stuck with them. I recognized many on the list, but hadn't read this one, and I realized it would be great fun to add to the channel! I hope you agree.

I figured I could try a reverse comfort audio since chemo has been kicking my ass. And although I am not and never have been immortal, I am feeling a lot of what's in this audio. I don't like being helpless. It absolutely enrages me. But this helped.
