Ugh, I'm awake. Getting knocked on the head is never nice.
So, anyone missed having me around?

There's really not much to do today, is there...
Ivan let out an annoyed sound and grabbed a hold of Badman’s finger to stop him from poking his forehead any further. “I dunno, have a drink together, go cause some trouble. I won’t bother asking you if you’re in the mood for anything physical as you seem to be in one of your teasing moods instead.” He finished off by sticking his tongue out at him a little.
“I wouldn’t mind a drink, or four. I could lose some tension from my last mission,” Badman stopped poking and relaxed instead, despite his finger held captive by Ivan. Tempted to take that tongue though, but refrained from doing so. He’d teach Ivan another time what happens when someone stick their tongue out at him.
“Well. Let’s go drink then.” Ivan replied with a grin, letting go of his finger. “I bet I can drink you under the table though~” He smirked playfully. “Old men can’t keep up with me after all~”
"Hah? Did you just call me old, you little punk?" Badman glared momentarily at Ivan, knowing it was just a tease, but it was fun to act out on it as if he was really hurt. Shrugging it off, he walked straight to the door, where he smirked down at Ivan. "We'll see about that, shall we? I'm pretty sure I can keep up with you perfectly fine."

It was hopeless. Kotetsu was either dumb as fuck, or there really wasn’t anything to dig up from him. While he didn’t want to think the hero was an idiot, the things he’d heard about him spoke against it. It was that idiocy that had Keith approach him in the first place, since he could slip and tell him something juicy. He hadn’t thought that it would be taking longer than he expected.
Keith looked as if he was deep in thought, sucking on the lemony juices, from the ice. At least it served to calm his heated head down, and allowed him to think more clear. Even so he came up blank for the moment. Perhaps if he continued talking, something of value could surface. “Really? I heard you were getting upgrades of your suits. Hah, I’m a bit jealous. I bet your suits are going to look amazing!” Keith grinned, and gave Kotetsu a thumbs up.
“Huh? We’re getting upgrades?” Kotetsu asked, cursing when his lower lip got stuck with the ice and he had to carefully extract it so that it didn’t break. “I dunno any of that, but then again, I don’t even know how to fully operate my suit,” he added once he was able to talk freely again, even though he was nursing his lower lip with his tongue.
“How ‘bout your suit? Getting an upgrade yourself, sometime? Stronger engines on the back?” he asked, never being one to feel comfortable talking about himself.
Definitely dumb as fuck. Badman rolled his eyes, while focusing on the icy treat instead. Shrugging, he added a smile to reassure Kotetsu that it was just a small question, and he could always shrug it off as a rumor. "It was just something I heard. I guess it's because of your sponsors getting a lot of money thanks to you. As for me? I'm not so sure I'll be getting an upgrade, although to be honest, I am perfectly okay with what I have. As long as I can save people!" Urgh, he hated saying that. For someone that sure hated the heroes and their way of thinking, Badman must be a masochist for putting himself through that situation over and over again. Willingly at that. He did take notice how Kotetsu averted the attention back to him, something he would remember in the future.
Also, he took notice that he trailed the wrong hero, but perhaps if he... No. It was too dangerous and he could run into the real Sky High if he followed him to the gym. The city was the safest, and Badman just had to make time pass... or something.
And all too quickly, their little fight shifted dramatically.
There was no mistaking the power behind that kick, no normal kick made his hair ruffle like that, not unless he took a hit to the face, and this was just the shoulder. The smirk widened to a grin even as he caught himself at the edge of the ring; this meant he could really let loose.
“Don’t get too far ahead of yourself, Puppy, you haven’t won yet.” Now that they were outside, he didn’t have to worry about breaking things - a problem he’d had when he’d lost his temper and flared his powers to life in training in the past. Out here, he had free range, or at least freer than he had in that cramped ring. Rubies flash to gold as a red aura of his own glows around his form. This time when he pushes off, he moves quickly enough to leave the faint glow of his power trailing after him. ”Let’s see what your wind can do~!”
"How fun," he cooed, when he saw Tiger activate his own powers. Now Badman had to work quickly, and quickly with the aid of his wind, he jumped backwards so Tiger couldn't have the privilege of kicking or punching him. Meanwhile, he worked on building his powers enough to send a big ball of wind towards the other man, which was hard considering he couldn't stand still. In other words, Badman had to focus on two parts where he should gather wind. His feet who caused small dents in the ground from where he used the wind to jump sideways, backwards, and his hands. Sure he could snap his fingers and send something flying, but with Tiger and his powers activated, something minor hardly ever worked. No, he had to send him flying through a wall again to stop him.
The second issue he had, was that Tiger was quick. There was only one chance of doing the grand thing, and he had to hit him dead on in order to make him fly away like a tornado. Badman had to think, had to see what he could do in case he failed - which was probably a 80% chance of doing so - a chance he would take. "Kitty, I would suggest that you sit the fuck down so I could hit you, but why would you listen to me," he joked, and finally sent the huge ball of wind towards Tiger.
If he missed, he'd be punched and Badman would be the one greeting a wall. If he hit him, there was still a high possibility that Tiger blocked it somehow, or he would be able to get up right after, thanks to his powers. There was never a telling on what his friend managed to do, and that ticked him off... always ticked him off. Tiger had been hard to read before when he had his powers on, safe for the dead on attacks he did, but now... No, he could never read that man's stamina and this time the man advanced enough to build up a variety in his fighting.
Add that to a will that was random, and you have an unpredictable fighter.
I ship you and dark Ivan!

“Oh, too serious for words? C’mon, I thought you could play better than that Badman~” he taunted, poorly blocking a kick that forced a grunt of annoyance past his lips. It was difficult to keep up a stream of taunts while still parrying attacks and dishing out his own, but he was willing to take a few blows if it meant tipping the man over the edge. Hand-to-hand combat was fun, certainly, but he always enjoyed it more once he used his powers - even if it gave a clear, unfair advantage.
Catching one of the man’s kicks, he held onto the blond’s leg, snickering when he had to hop on the free leg to keep from falling. ”Give up yet~? I’d hate to wreck that pretty face any worse.” A split lip was hardly much damage, but he had no intention of really harming him. Keith was one of the few people Kotetsu actually trusted, and even rarer than that was the fact that he liked him. Not an easy feat to accomplish these days.
Hopping around on one leg, like that damn hero he saw on TV really made Badman reach the end of his own patience.
The man made a much more different hop, and this time made a roundhouse kick in the air. Air, something he used to make the kick even harder, sending his friend flying to the edge of the ring. It wasn't that hard really, proven when he wasn't flying outside of the ring.
Badman smirked once Tiger collected himself, knowing perfectly well that the fight would turn a little bit more... bloody. Of course he already knew he should take the fight outside of the building, not wanting to wreck it with his wind, or Tiger's ability to smack something into pieces if he wanted to, which is why he lured the man outside before Tiger could even activate his powers.
He fought fair, knowing he only had five minutes before he was back to normal again, unlike Keith who ran out when his stamina ran out, obviously. But he was still a man that fought fair when sparring with friends, unless they were brats. Tiger wasn't a brat anymore, succumbed by anger. Something that needed to be straightened out. He had collected himself and seemed to have - save for Ouroboros - straightened his life up again.
"Aren't I a kind sensei?" Badman used the words Tiger used, to describe himself, while sporting a smirk over his glowing shoulder, eyes shimmering in gold. "Here I am, hopping around like a fucking rabbit, and then to be fair towards you when switching scene to fight, I allow you to activate your powers later. My my my... You should thank me when I've won, Kitty."
The history of Badman.
Badman didn't really have a rough childhood, or wasn't left alone as a child. His life was pretty normal, when he at around age 18 became mugged, shot and left to die alone in a back alley. Basically heroes existed back then already, and he looked up to them, wanted to be like them. The one who saved him, was a man living on the streets, who brought him to the cheapest hospital around, and it's from the hospital bed that Badman begins to think on how rotten the society really is. One could say he started to get involved with the people outside of the society more and more, helping them in any way possible but when the legal way didn't work, he turned to the dark side. His vision was born.
Once there, it's obvious that the all too goody good man needs to toughen up. He undergoes training, he learns how to fight, and he finds an organization that fits his needs, allows him the independency he needs to evolve into the man he is today.
Badman hates the heroes, not because they failed to rescue him, but because they belong to what he hates. His goal is to one day take over the city himself, or find someone with the same views as his. He wants to get rid of everything dirty and finds Ouroboros views to be more accurate than what Sternbild consists of today. It may seem odd that he turns to Ouroboros and becomes a villain, but with that choice, he has a higher chance of achieving his life goals.
His forte is infiltration and explosives, and he takes pleasure in blowing things up, especially if he can listen to the screams of people in their final moment of death.
Considering that he hates the heroes, it's obvious that he will belittle them, talk back against them, and by any means, he might even try to smash their heads in. They are disgusting creatures that doesn't even deserve to walk on the same ground as his, and unless he's on an infiltration mission, he will obviously show distaste during a conversation with one.
He doesn't want to be connected to Maverick. The name alone makes him want to rip his hair out, because to him, Maverick was just a tiny little pest.
He has no fatherly emotions for any of the other negatives, but he will step inside to act like a mentor for everyone, even Tiger at times. This is because he was the first one to join the organization, and even taught some of the other negatives about the basics of either fighting or settling them in somewhere, thanks to his contacts around the city.

Ivan pouted cutely and glanced away. “How mean! Here I am being all nice and cute for you as well.” He smiled a little and looked back up into Badman’s eyes. “Do I deserve anything fun at least..?”
“Define fun, kiddo,” Badman had at that point already began to lightly poke Ivan’s forehead, just because he felt more in a teasing mood than anything else.
