I am struggling so much right now.

I find myself so sad for no reason at all apart from my usual chronic pain issues.

I just hope my little one doesn't notice my shift in demeanour. I keep trying to smile and laugh with her but it's so hard when you're holding back tears.

I feel like a terrible mother during these moments.
