The assumption that no transabled person could be cisdisabled or have BID because "well they wouldn't want disabilities if they were already disabled" or "BID is extremely rare so they couldn't possibly have it" is crazy.
Because I'm cisdisabled and transabled, I have fnd and experience partial paralysis due to it as well as weakness in my legs due to my hEDS and have been consistently losing my ability to walk. But I have BID and have since childhood, around as early of at least 10 years old. I experience extreme dysphoria over not having worse vision than I already have (And I have 150/20 vision without my glasses). To the point I've considered hurting my eyes purposefully to get this extreme dysphoria to stop. Yet people say BID is so rare that no one could ever possibly experience it? And they say it right in front of those of us who suffer from BID and have been suffering from extreme dysphoria?
i'm really emotional today..
i want to cry but i can't on the meds i'm on
i got accused by family earlier of not trying, and wanting something to be wrong with me.
i can't stand for more than a few minutes without pain, or my joints hating me. i walk pigeon toed because that causes me the least pain. my legs are weak and wobbly.
i just want to be able to leave the house without pain. i can't get a wheelchair while i'm living here because i'll be ridiculed. not that i could afford it because i can't find work.
i want to punch a wall, or cry or scream but i can't do any of that. i'm just stuck.
everything hurts today
my partner said something that kinda rocked my world
my legs decide to not work and i walk like a baby deer..

Transid joy is researching what kind of wheelchair could be absolutely perfect for when you have the opportunity to get one... daydreaming about decorating, imagining responding to questions in public, getting assistance when somewhere isnt wheelchair friendly... ehehhheheheheee
This is TransID joy !!
had a seizure todayyyyyy
my brain feels like slime that someone's jabbed their fingers into
i know its not great but feeling pain in my legs from cutting is kinda fulfilling
the like 1 rq thing i am hung up on is transabled id.... as someone who is so cisdisabled that i can barely like, exist at all (i work 3 days a week and its killing me, i have chronic pain and mental disabilities,, ect stuff like that), i just guess i do not understand wht it means 2 be transabled, what that feels like, ect??? - rq-drifting anon (with so much love all the love u r such a spongey guy)
of course!!! we're organically disabled too (personality disorders, chronic illness, chronic headaches, neurodivergence, and mood disorders) and at first we were a bit hesitant at first to understand it when we were first learning about transids!!!!
we're also transabled too!!! i can mostly speak in generalizations and about our personal experience but!!!
most transabled people are already disabled in some way!! and it's mostly their transabled identity is either related or tied to being or feeling neglected, feeling like their disability isn't "bad enough", they believe that they don't, external people believe that they don't "struggle enough" or stuff like that!!! but that's the most common reason!!!
another reason i see often is just... feeling connected to specific symptoms!!! it's hard to describe but it's just... a feeling out of place internally!!! or externally!!! biid is a common example for physical disabilities, but there's not reaallly a term for mental disabilities, but there should be since biid is basically the same!!!
and and there's also people have experience some symptoms of something but not everything and so they wanna have the other symptoms to get the full diagnosis!!! or to fully qualify for a diagnosis!!!
but!!! for us!!!! we've always felt connected to psychosis, hallucinations in particular!!! we've had truman show delusions and such like that when we were a chronokid!!! and that's always been tied to our transpsychotic identity!!! along with also just commonly mistaking things outside our peripherals as a figure or creatures!!!
and!!! we're transsyncope!!! or trans-fainting!!! we have pots, so we already experience presyncope, but we feel like we should pass out because some of our irls seem to overlook and ignore our already existing symptoms!!!
whew that's long looking at it!!! but i hope it helps!!!! :D
