I just found this looking for the mall’s inner map so I can make it in Minecraft, but it’s kinda weird that they wouldn't mention these plans to anyone and just upload the planned renders online. Essentially [if this is still going] Dave & Busters is part of phase 2, they aren't only adding more retail space, but they want to add more parking space as well and this will end up covering over the Bed Bath & Beyond Section. From the look of it, the new owner was planning this since the acquisition back in 2011 as you can see the “existing condition” isn’t what we have today.

San Patricio Plaza is meeting the same fate as many malls today with the act of bleaching. The beautiful architecture will be replaced soon with white, black and brown tiles that will deface it's identity forever.
