what do you think quokki pets are? because I was under the impression they were like neopets, but I keep seeing posts that make me think I should be interpreting them as, like, furbies or something (including your comic which is why Im asking you)

I've been thinking of them as some combination of a tamagotchi and candy crush because of the tamagotchi looking thing hanging from Mary Ann's jumper, and the bit where she and Fig talk about "Lime level" and such.
