"do you want to stop?" drew's own breath is shaky. she can pretend all the wants that she's the one in most control of the situation, being the one to ask for reassurance, to make sure they're not crossing lines that can't be uncrossed. truth is: she'd fold to all of the other's desires in the bat of an eye. she licks her lips. patiently, she awaits the answer to her question, (not so) secretly hoping for a specific one.
delilah’s gaze flits over drew’s lips, tracing the path of her own kiss, the imprint she had left behind. a flicker of her tongue against that same spot sends a tremor through her chest, as though the space between them is charged with something beyond touch. her heart beats like a drum against her ribs, a thundering rhythm that seems to echo through her very being. she leans in, drawn by a force she can neither name nor deny. “no,” she breathes, the word a delicate surrender, an offering in the quiet night. her arms , once hovering over the blondes skin wrap around her shoulders, drag her closer . “i want to be yours.”

the harsh , fluorescent lights above flicker , casting an unholy glow on everything . metal . glass . the sterile furniture . tucker holds his breath . trapped in the sight before him . his feet move on their own . without his consent , for he knew if he was in the slightest bit control he would've marched right out of that visitation room and sat in his cell waiting for the seconds to bleed into minutes and his reality to fade away to routine . instead here he stands , eye to eye with the one person he'd sacrifice every bit of him all over again until his atoms dissipated into dust . he needs to turn away . yell at the guards to drag him back . it is as much as a want as water on splintered lips or air on deprived lungs . the handcuffs clink and claw at his ears as he slowly sits down .
❝ i thought i told never to come here . ❞ he states . not asks , or cries , or pleas . his tone is devoid of the emotion brimming his frame . of the frustration clawing through his veins or the relief that floods his chest like a gust of wind . a mere blank slate . ❝ you not get my divorce papers in the mail ? ❞
