I enjoy making these, so maybe you will too! They're very easy for a snack!
First, take a pan and put it on medium heat. Put a little bit of butter in the pan and let it melt completely.
Next, you will want to take shredded cheese and put a bit on the pan. About the amount you can fit in just your finger tips, with a four-finger grip is enough. (though more just means a bigger cracker)
Take a spatula and flatten it completely. After it's all flat, flip it like you would a pancake.
Repeat a few times until you have a good toast, then put it on a paper towel to cool and let some of the butter drip off.
Once cooled, you'll have a yummy cheese cracker! Enjoy!
