+ To only sleep in proper beds with clean sheets without bugs or other insects in them.
+ To never use poor substitutes for real coffee like instant coffee.
+ To drink at least 6 cups of GK Coffee, Kopi Luwak or Lavazza Super Crema Espresso.
+ To clean my chain and cassette each day and use high quality wet lube
+ To never drink local vodka in Russia
+ To never ride a bike on gravel with too skinny tires
+ To throw away dirty old cycling bibs
