I spend some lovely hours in Powerscourt and the Gardens, especially enjoyed the cake in Avoca Caffé there.

Two days ago I was at blarney castle in Cork and I was walking around for two hours already, alone, in the rain, with my heavy bag pack (really heavy!) And then I came across this and it just made my day! :D So prettyyyyy :D

Another low budget DIY :D What else is there to do with a four year old on a reallly rainy day than build a castlehouse? Yes build one and a garage to go with it :D You can even open the roof! Afterwards he learned the F and so its an F Castlehouse! Again its done with a minimal amount of material. Sticky tape and some boxes.

So I received a box of chocolates today, all the way from Germany. That's how they looked when I opened the box :D I accuse the heatwave and the strike of the post.

Bald ist es ein Jahr her, da hat ein Whatsapp Status mein Leben verändert. Er lautete: Draco und die Malfoys! Da dachte ich nur so: Wollen wir Freunde sein? Ich also zu dir hingerannt wie n kranker Depp und fang vor allen Leuten an zu singen.. Draco und die Malfoys....etc und du fängst auch an zu singen und wir werden angestarrt als wären wir komplett bescheuert. This is the beach you can reach by walking around the edge on the right side or Magheramore Beach in Wickow Town. Well it is more of a little climb over the stones. But it’s worth it. Or you could tresspass over fields like I did, but with out a guide you can get lost, and maybe chased by horses, trust me I know what I am talking about xD Nobody goes there and it is just beautiful, so check it out if you ever are in Wicklow.

Spend a nice afternoon in Wicklow Town. At all my favourite places, the Cliff Walk and the stairs that lead to the sea underneath the lighthouses (yes there are 3 lighthouses). And of course I went to the riverside.

Dunguaire Castle was one of the stops of our day tour to the Cliffs of Moher. The best day tour I did so far, because the bus driver just talked to point out sights or when it was necessary to talk :D

The Cliffs of Moher - Just amazing! I met so many Germans again, I think the favourite holliday destination is Ireland this year :D

Galway is just a wonderful destination for a week end trip and you can visit the Burren, Cliffs of Moher and Connemara from there.
